Area is very convenient bed was not the most comfortable mattress could be changed might be old we could feel the springs in mattress. Office chair at the desk in room was old needs to be replaced kept getting poked by the spring that was sticking out on the chair. The toilet kept running had to jiggle the handle after every use and shower was squealing so had to run water at low pressure so the squealing would stop. Overall we like staying here for convenience and price. It's either Super 8 or Silver Stone Inn for our stay when in town.

The rowdy crowds on the weekends are kind of noisy.

The pools was great and easy to access across the parking lot - innovative sharing strategy. We appreciated the blackout blinds, air-conditioner, super soft towels, Business Centre, different softness of pillows, large bathroom sink, white, perfectly clean bedding, microwave and fridge.

That the curtains couldn't close all the way- it would have been nice to have a clip of some sort to keep them completely closed. The air-conditioner was pretty loud. With no tub, I worried that the water from the shower would get on the floor. The carpets and low dim lighting in the hallways, felt a bit dingy.

This place location is very convenient for travellers like us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The heater was a bit old, but working well and quieter than another Super 8 hotel we stayed at. This place has a very good swimming pool with a hot tub.

I think everyone can agree that the included breakfast was a disappointment although expected. It is not a deal breaker, but not an attraction either. The room didn't have an alarm clock. That was something that I have never expected.

Comfortable, had a microwave and small refrigerator. People who worked there were very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the elevator worked and was new, contrary to what the website said, so that was good for my sister with a bad knee.

The toilet wasn't easy to flush. Maybe a low water one. Also there was a very unhappy dog most of the evening. It quieted down luckily before I got my sister. Maybe the owners left the dog alone.

I loved the care the staff took for the property and the guests!!!

The only complaint would be that the free breakfast is very repetitive, and I wish they had more variety/options. However I greatly appreciate what the staff does provide, I just hope maybe a little mix up once in a while?

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in a safe location with Safeway grocery, Denny's (next door), and gas stations nearby. The hotel is right next to I-90. The supervisor and morning staff were very nice and attentive.

Kinsey the front desk clerk was not personable. She treated me like I was less than.When she saw my husband and I had out of state driver's licenses she changed her attitude from horrible to bad. She was barking orders and she did not smile at all. Kinsey was poorly dressed. She looked like she was cleaning her house. She had a dirty black t shirt and dirty black sweat pants. Her hair was in a very messy bun on top. She did not look like or act like someone who works at a front desk in a hotel.

Very comfortable. We have issues with the bathroom in our home, so we've been staying here off and on while that gets figured out. We feel welcomed by familiar folks to our home away from home. Even our dog, the big old pitbull in pajamas named Scooter has his favorite people AND feels comfortable here. Thank you.

I would like a picnic table smoking area on both sides of the building.

1st night stayed on 2nd floor. Clean, modern and comfortable. Decided to stay again the next night.

2nd night stayed on 3rd floor. Not as modern and comfortable. Cleaning crew must be tired by the time they get to the 3rd floor. A little disappointing. Make sure they don't put you on the 3rd floor.

it is in the convenient location I don't worry about the free breakfast I don't care for the Continental thing although these are Denny's across the way.. the staff was friendly.. but they ask you for too many check-in things when you pay for a room you pay by credit card and you use your ID card number you don't have to keep re-showing it every time you check into a hotel this is unrespectable and it happens so much and this chain here and the one next door... but all in all I do like the location and it is a good value. the rooms could use a little upgrade

the rooms need to be .. upgraded. people slamming doors constantly.. smell of weed and tobacco in the hallway and elevators in the room has a stale odor.. they need new pillows and blankets..

Great location with pleasant staff. Use of indoor pool/hot tub at their sister property was a plus. Bed was decent, but only came with 2 flat pillows. Room was pleasantly clean & comfortable. *Note: Pool IS NOT in the same building! It is next door at their sister property

Main hallways were very dingy & dirty. You can tell where care was taken during remodel and the hallways & elevator were overlooked. I was given a handicap accessible room without being asked/told first - this caused a few issues with my special needs child being able to reach the door lock (it was much lower on the door than in a traditional room) + no bathtub, only a shower. Had I known ahead of time, I would've requested a traditional room.
