It’s clean and close to bus station and shopping street. It has everything you need if you like to prepare your own meal or even a group meal. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this apartment. We can leave our luggage and pick up after our hiking tour for free.

I would recommend to provide a separate trash can for recycling stuff. It will be easier to put recycling stuff to the recycling room in the underground parking area. In addition, the knife is not sharp. We are not able to sharpen the knife. Cutting dry sausage becomes a very difficult task for us. It will be nicer if you can provide a knife sharpener in the room.

Very well appointed furniture and kitchen utensils. Very clean. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient - one block from the bus terminal and 10-20 minute walk to the most part of town.

Sound proofing was less than ideal. We could hear others partying and others also complained about our kids’ noise. Price was quite high during peak season but I guess that’s inevitable!

Excellent property, very nicely designed, likely one of the best and most original in a lot of time traveling - you will feel great. There is a lot of nice details which makes your stay pleasant. Great location (few minutes to Chamonix center), decent wifi (resonably fast, stable), large garage, easily accessible. Absolutely recommended. Everything was as advertised (or better).

In our apartment (this particular one, likely because of its relative position). windows could not open (ventilation anr recuperation works great, so no worries), it is not a problem as such - but if you like to have windows opened this could be a possible negative.

Me and my wife went for a day trip to Chamonix and booked this hotel, by the end of it we wanted to extend the trip even when we had flights to catch... One of major reasons being how awesome our stay was, the staff were super polite, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was well equipped neat and clean. We cooked our dinner together. It even had an vintage attri gaming console , we both had a blast. I missed the view, the early morning view was just breathtaking. This is a hidden gem.

Spotless! Game machine was a roaring hit with the family. Ala at the reception was very helpful and quick to respond and speaks fluent English. Lots of room in the apartment for 2 adults and 2 children.

It is a bit of a walk to the center of town (15 min w snow and icy pavements). Sofa bed isn’t very comfortable. Ok for kids, not so ok for adults. The front desk is closed fr 12-2pm but a very helpful cleaning staff helped us store our bags. We didn’t get her name but thank you so much!

The space was beautifully designed, with everything you needed. A great kitchen, also use of a shower and storage on the day of departure after check out. The most impressive part was Arla who was so kind and considerate, she was lovely to chat to and always really helpful. She is a real gem and adds the most value to this accommodation. A wonderful human being.

I would say the mezzanine bed was cool, but was a little low so hard to sit up in. And the corner which sticks out in the middle of the room is quite hazardous, we both hit our head when getting up off the sofa, perhaps just having the bed there rather than both would be safer? A lovely design, but does need more height to accommodate comfortably.

The hotel is new and is really nice.

Staff can be quite rude. My power went out during my stay and I got a hold of the staff working however she had just got off work and basically nobody was able to help me. They will tell you it's not a hotel but an apartment. She directed me on the phone to open up the fuse box room with a knife, however I really struggled with it and she was unsympathetic. Luckily in the end i got it to work so it's all good.

Location is great. It’s close to the bus stop. It has all kinds of cooking equipments. We are able to cook our dinner and prepare for breakfast. We will definitely go back if we visit again.

1. cooking pan can renew if it has many scratches on it. 2. knife is not sharpened. You may prepare a knife scraper, we can sharpen the knife. 3. Prepare another trash can for recycle stuff.

The apartment was big, comfortable and extra new. The master bed was comfortable .

The extra bed (both options) was not so comfortable. The room was in the ground floor and the curtains had to be closed all the time, since the white ones were transparent. When we arrive there was no one at the reception, we called the number on the sign but no one answered. We came back 30 minutes later to the same situation. After a few minutes someone came, and didn’t even felt like he needs to apologize. The check out time is 10:00, the earliest I ever had.

Great location. Very short walk to the main bus terminal and excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. Grocery store was very close as well. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern with a nice shower and towel warmers. Ski storage area was very nice with boot dryers. My teenage boys liked the video arcade game in the apartment and the kitchen had a nice long table for all 9 of us to sit around and eat and play games. The staff at the reception was very helpful in navigating the bus and answering questions.
