Very nice place, very central - next to the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Shops, restaurants, bars, everything. Comfortable, large room and nice bed. Very clean!I Аppreciate that there was coffee with capsules, cups, even plates in the room. We had a great time!...We stayed in room 33...The room was cleaned every day, and there is also a common room where you can eat.

As other guests have written, it is noisy in the middle of the night, but honestly, I would stay there again despite that.The air conditioner is also noisy and I think it needs maintenance or buying a new one.

This place was so incredible. It had air conditioning that you could control from your room. The bathroom was nice and large. The room had lots of room aside from the bed, which I very much appreciate. It was also so close to the centre of the city, while still being on a relatively quiet part of the street.

The only thing I would say is that I was in room 31 and it was very very obvious when the office staff were at work. I figured out that if the air conditioner was on in the room it would drown out their voices a bit, so I strategically turned down the temperature overnight so I would not wake up from them in the morning.

The location is wonderful, you can walk everywhere. You can even go shopping, drop off your bags, and keep walking. I don't have enough words to describe the location. The accommodation is okay; I stayed in a room with three other people. The staff is amazing, very attentive and friendly. If you're driving, just use the app, and it will work perfectly. There is no parking, but the staff guided us, and we followed their instructions.

Elevator What's not so good is that there's no elevator, which makes it hard to carry your luggage, even though it's just a few steps. Air conditioning and window Also, maybe due to the season, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the receptionist gave me a fan, which helped a bit, but we still felt really hot. We couldn't leave the window open because some pigeons would show up, and we were a bit afraid they might come inside.

Great stay. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and a good-sized bathroom. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few steps to get to the reception, so it might be tricky if you have heavy suitcases. Parking can be a bit of an issue; we found it best to use private parking despite the €40 daily cost, as free parking is just as far but comes with a higher risk of damage from other drivers. Overall, a good choice for a stay in Siena!

The property was in a great location, right in the heart of the old town and very close to the cathedral and main square. The room was really spacious and absolutely spotless. Self check in was very easy. We didn’t see the reception staff much but whenever we did cross paths, everyone was lovely.

I don’t have anything negative to say! I don’t think there’s a lift though, so be prepared to take luggage up a couple of sets of stairs.

Its location within the walled city. It was a charming room and very clean. The noise level could be a little loud but it was only because I had the windows fully open. It was fun listening to the locals sing at the restaurant across from the room. 😁

Kinda hard to find, should mention it is in the same building as the Doumo Hotel, luckily cab drivers knew right where to go. Btw make sure to order a cab in advance (a few hours) if you are going to the train or airport.

Good size room, lots of space. Proper hot water, not just lukewarm. Excellent location to the old town, cathedral and main plaza. Online self check-in with very clear instructions. Tea and coffee in the room. Comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows.

No fault of the accommodation, however the rooms at the front of the building were disturbed late at night very easily by people/cars going past the building. Wifi was very poor and kept failing connection.

The location was very good, close to many things. The staff were also very helpful.

The parking situation was quite challenging for a newcomer to Siena. There was no toilet paper holder🤷🏻‍♀️. Too many smokers stand in the entryway, so you cannot avoid being around the stink. Lastly, the hot water… I cannot imagine how much water is wasted waiting for the hot to come. I waited not once, but twice, for hot water for well over a minute. That’s crazy!

The location was wonderful. Just a short, beautiful walk down to Il Campo. The room was quite large. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of October but it got very hot and stuffy in the room. Unfortunately they weren't able to allow us to use the AC and if we opened the window there was a musty, moldy smell so we were just hot. The self check in was very simple. The staff was helpful when we needed a taxi. The breakfast was amazing! The restaurant was so cute and the food was great! We loved it and it was by far the best breakfast at any of the hotels we stayed at during our trip. It was clean and quiet.

Just the stuffy room.

Room was airy and comfortable with large windows looking out onto the street. Air conditioning worked well and everything was in tip top shape. I especially appreciated that Domenico was kind enough to reserve a taxi by phone for my mother and I, since we had an extremely early morning bus to Rome Airport and we do not speak Italian well, which makes phone conversations difficult. This definitely went above and beyond, and not every B&B host I had in Italy was kind enough to do this for me. So thank you!

No real problems. An in room coffee maker would have been useful; that's all I can think of.
