Hot water bottle, mugs and fridge to make tea and coffee /store fruit. We loved the comfortable bed and the separate clothes hanging area and luggage space at the back (spacious). Air conditioning was good as well and cold. Shower had good pressure. Outside eating /hanging out area was great to have breakfast. Water refilling station was awesome. Room keeping lady on level 2 was extremely helpful and friendly which we appreciated and made our stay nicer.

Under bed is dirty. We weren't provided instructions when we checked in so it was a bit confusing to find accommodation. Confused why hotel isn't on Google map (I've added english "M Taipei" on Google Maps). Line and WhatsApp were seemingly managed by different people and gave conflicting instructions. Walking distance to main shopping areas and yummy breakfast options nearby. Would be good to have more hooks/hanging area for towels /jackets etc.

Location was great, good value and a very clean and spacious room. Theres also two nice common rooms.

The only bad thing was finding the hotel itself. The address provided was not exactly where the hotel was, and we needed to message the host to get instructions.

the staff that was assigned during my arrival, during check in, is having difficulty understanding me because he cannot understand english and me also cannot understand taiwanese. but so far they are very nice.

Check-in staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. No window, but that’s ok - we only used the room to sleep in :D

very near to the shopping mall and convinience stores.

Can hear noise outside the room, space is too small, unable to control the aircon and not changing the towels everyday.

the hotel is beautiful and complete with all amenities. it’s in the middle of Taipei so easy access to everything you want to visit.
