Lovely farmhouse with loads of character and a host who goes out of her way to make sure yo have everything you need. Breakfast is superb with everything fresh and natural. Realty nice touch was the cake waiting for you on return to your room!

Being very remote and no evening meal provided it's necessary to make (at least when I stayed) a 10 mile round trip to find a place to eat (with typical narrow country lanes of Devon most of the way this is something you'll either love or hate!)

Hosts were incredibly kind & helpful to me, assisting me tremendously with a broken down vehicle en-route to their lovely farm! They really went the extra mile in many ways to demonstrate that kindness is alive and well in Devon! The farm is gorgeous, the facilities are extremely comfortable and homely with every possible wish catered to and many unexpected touches that really made me feel so cared for & valued as a customer - which can be a rare thing these days. Don't hesitate to book here!

Lovely place and very welcoming. Superb breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay ... for the second time. Above all it is peaceful and quiet.

I love a bath but stayed in a room with a shower. Need to fiddle around with sockets and plugs to charge a phone. All fairly trivial. Everything you really need is there and works.

Lovely quiet farm location. Close enough to town to get there for supper (or any local activities during the day). Nice welcome on arrival and opportunity to chat during our stay. Cake with a cup of tea in our room was a lovely touch. Breakfast excellent, plenty of space in the room which was lovely and cosy given the weather outside. Even the ducks and cats were welcoming,. We'd go back.

We were made most welcome by Diane and home-made cake was waiting for us in our room when we arrived. As I am a coeliac, a gluten free cake had been provided for me which was very kind. The breakfast was delicious, and again, I was catered for with a gluten free meal. Our room was spacious and comfortable and quiet, with a view of the countryside. It was all peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

What I liked was. . . warm welcome. cosy beds, rocking chair in the bathroom. beautiful garden, easy parking. Tasty breakfast.

It was hard to find as some roads had been closed, not the properties fault, but, it is, as described, a farm, so out in the middle of a load of very small lanes typical to Devon

Diane was welcoming and the breakfast she laid on very good. Room was large, with en-suite bathroom / loo, but with no shower. There was one for my exclusive use, but this was downstairs. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the room, along with a slice of home made cake! I would stay again if in the area.

The Farm is located just off main road. Very friendly and helpful lady at the farm. Cake with my tea and coffee in my room. Breakfast was very good choice of cereal and toast. Tea or coffee. Plus the cooked breakfast was very good. Land lady couldn't of been nicer. I will be back there to stay again when in the area. If your traveling for work and have a van its very safe. Pleasant of room for a large Van and very safe.

Nothing could of been better. Im looking forward to being back at some point.

Lovely warm welcome at a wonderfully authentic working farm. Comfortable room and en-suite and thoughtful touches - even home made cake! Excellent cooked breakfast. Very peaceful location - total silence overnight. Extremely good value for money. Highly recommended!

This farmhouse is charming and comfortable with a feeling of authentic English history to it. The owners are lovely people and breakfast was perfect, Nice, well equiped room and bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay. I personally loved the very soft bed, but some would find it too soft.
