The aircon was good, place was clean.

We were told we would get 2GB of WiFi free however there was no WiFi. When I asked reception they told me the system was probably overloaded and to try again later. I paid extra for a foldaway bed. This bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the metal bars underneath. In the middle of the night I swapped over to the couch.

The villa was so spacious, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 showers (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Location was great for us as we had a car. Nice big pool and sun lounges. Super quick and easy check in and check out. Laundry was handy with separate washer and dryer.

It could do with a modern renovation such as exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom window doesn't open and there was no fan in there so it got really steamy. There was no main light in the main bedroom, only a side wall light. The wifi was slow and was only free for the first 2GB, so didn't use it.

The layout of the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The facilities available were great with everything from a fully equipped kitchen to modern appliances which really added to the convenience of the stay. Another standout feature was the close proximity to town. This made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, practicality, and location, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

Gym facilities could have been much better. Treadmills were not working. No mats available.

Resort was still recovering from the devastating floods which occurred earlier in the year and all but isolated Port Douglas due to the closure of roads. The gym was somewhat run down and there were no dining facilities as the kitchen has been closed since re-opening the accommodation. Nevertheless, our stay was totally enjoyable mainly down to the excellent service and attitude of Jodi who could not have been more help.

One of our party uses gym equipment daily and she was disappointed in the somewhat run down condition of the gym and equipment generally. Minor point really in view of the tough times the resorts in the area have experienced for the year so far. Other facilities were found in the town.

We loved the location and the pool. It was brilliant for the kids to play and the parents to relax.

We had a leaking aircon over the kitchen bench, that leaked water all over our phones charging and a leaking vanity in a bathroom that made the floor extremely slippery. But both items have been reported to staff for repair.

Roomy family unit ideal for our holiday

No response to request for repair of faulty toilet valve during our week stay. Black snake around our feet in pool area gave us a bit of a thrill.

The villa was very tired/outdated, very shabby, air conditioners and fans were very noisy. The kitchen contents were limited and very old fashioned. There was lots of road noise, no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Resort website said free shuttle into Port Douglas as did the travel agent - this was incorrect information

The location of the resort is great. It is set off the road and is very quiet and clean. The swimming pool is amazing. The dining room is open only two nights a week.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We got up every day with neck and back pain. Also the lounge was very uncomfortable and dirty. Subject to that being corrected the apartment was fantastic.

The villa was beautiful, staff were very lovely, and the pool was amazing. The villa was beautiful and modern.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and we were meant to get two twin beds for our children but we didn't. Luckily our children slept just fine. We would have loved on site dryers as washing our towels and getting them dried proved to be hard with the tropical weather

My husband was happy with the pool Really happy with our apartment everything nice and new.

No complaints. For others it advertises on the Billboard that’s it has a restaurant,but it’s only open on certain days and that’s for lunch, but for us we didn’t need it.
