Great size room, private courtyard, large spa bath and can see the TV and watch a movie from there (didn't get to use it though). Great location, next to inn and the hot breakfast was included lovely.

Had no hot water, got back from movies late and reception had closed so had to have a cold shower. There was no vacancy so they couldn't have moved us to another room, so we didn't report it until the morning (where there was still none). We understand that unexpected plumbing issues can happen, would definitely stay there again.

Continental breakfast was lovely and generous. Staff were friendly and professional. Beds were lovely and soft. Room interior designers have my compliments. Dubbo is easy to navigate, so close to everything by car, but not walking. Pool smaller than appears in pic and no shade for daytime swimmers. Very nice outlook from room.

Use a car to go to shops or other restaurants. Smallish pool didn't have shade - but if you love to swim you wont mind. If you're gluten free or have other dietary restrictions you may wish to check options for breaky.

Stayed for 3 nights in June, in the 2 bed apt with 2 kids and my husband. Was super spacious, with a lounge room, dining table, kitchen and big private courtyard. Warm and comfy, great aircon/heating and blinds. Ten pin bowling 2min walking distance. Easy drive to the (incredible) zoo and old gaol museum. All staff were lovely. Pub dinner room service, kids deal on menu. Live music (at family friendly times). Easy out of hours check-in/out. Had a great time and would stay again.

A little coffee machine would really enhance the breaky/room but that’s just personal preference and they did everything very well.

Loved the bath sheets! I’ve never been to a hotel/motel/resort/inn that has them. Also, the toiletries were excellent, smelled amazing (definitely worth popping them in your suitcase). The room pathetic was gorgeous too! I loved the breaky in the morning, the offer of hot chocolate at the coffee/tea station was a hit with the kids. I loved the variety on offer for breaky too. The bistro was delicious for dinner too. And Linz/Lyns (sorry, not sure how to spell) was so thoughtful to see my daughter was tired and offered pencils and the colouring in paper. The shower was so good too! Loved that the little kitchenette had a sink. It was everything we needed! The staff were amazing. I wish we stayed longer, we will definitely be back! This was the most enjoyable stay. Well done to the lovely staff who made this experience memorable :)

The hotel is conveniently located in Dubbo and attached to a pub. (Unfortunately, there is quite a lot of road noise as the location is just off a busy road). The food was exceptional and both meals we ordered were very enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and they offered a buffet style breakfast (toast, cereal, bacon, eggs ect). There were no gluten free bread or cereal options during breakfast however I asked a staff member for gluten free bread and they were more than happy to assist. All staff during our stay were very polite and informative.

Loved the shower, water pressure and the comfy bed. Super convenient location with the pub nextdoor. It was a quiet room, aside from traffic noise. Appreciate having a cot provided and blackout curtains that actually worked!

I was very annoyed to not have a couch. Room was advertised with a couch. No couch. Made it very hard to get comfy to feed my baby. I couldn't sit on the bed to feed because everytime I leant against the wall the bed would slide away, the wheels need locks. Room was definitely smaller than the photos made it seem but it didn't really bother us. The TV in our room really needs to be fixed, half of the remote does not work even with fresh batteries which we had on hand.

Recently renovated, modern rooms. Easy check in. Hot breakfast included is a big bonus. We also paid for an evening meal at the Inn which was exceptional. A great spot, we hope to stay again. There's also a Dan Murphy's attached to the complex which was a bonus !

It was a little noisy during peak hour in the evening, as it is right next to a roundabout of a busy road, however, during sleep hours overnight, it was very quiet. It must we well insulated too, as we never heard any noise from other tenants (and it was sold out that night).

Ambience, size, decor & setting of our room; choice of room service or dining in bistro (separate building, across from carpark), absolutely stunning, fireplaces, lounge area & kids playground looked amazing, such an added bonus.,, location was close to everything we wanted.

No tissues or face washers, very minor issues. Hall light blown, but reception closed on arrival & on check out., couldn’t tell them.

The room size was nice and big for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pub next door was very lively and good place to chill. Good location close to shops and not too far from the zoo.

The TV wasn’t able to stream Netflix or anything. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were trying to stay away from just watching TV. It needed a firmware update that we couldn’t do ourself.

the breakfast was really good and they were able to make a special order for my son who wanted a fried egg. The restaurant is located inside the hotel and is good for diner too. The reception was really helpful and was able to give us an extra hour for the late check out in the morning.

We thought that the room is going to be bigger, The Aircon is directly aimed on the beds and we were unable to change the direction of the air in it.
