The property is placed right at the entrance of the city, very conveniently placed next to a 24 hour supermarket and close to the best shawarma shop. More importantly Rashadath who received us was so welcoming along with their team at the reception, it was so pleasant, we regretted booking the place for only one night, had we known about the hotel earlier we would have booked our whole stay for the trip here.

Absolutely nothing, just if they introduce Shisha in the hotel then we would not have to leave the hotel except for sight seeing.!!

Everything was good First of all I would like to say that hotel is very nice, location is convenient, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is amazing. Many many thanks to the receptionist Mr Rashadat, Asim and Medina. Especially Rashadat, he was extremely polite and helpful. I would like to ask the management to take care of these employees in order to have more customers and positive feedback. I will recommend to others to stay in this hotel. Property is clean, and so the staff are very helpful and friendly. Specially Mr. RASHADATH was superb, he really takes care of hotel guests. He welcomed us in very nice manner and treated us very good. Hotel is excellent and even the breakfast options is good. Highly recommend. I even stayed in some other hotel in Baku, but staffs were not as good as Mr. RASHADATH and his team.

I have stayed that Hotel it was really good experience for any guest’ there are really welcoming to me I felt like I am in my own home, Every guest should tried this kind of experience, there are lots of supermarket restaurants near to the hotel. Hotel has own spa restaurants and lobby bar. I want to say thank you especially MADINA, RASHADAT, SHAMSI and FIDAN they are really good their job and welcoming I want to say thank you to them.

I had a very good experience in Qafqaz. Everybody, from reception to housekeeping is like a family to me, as i spent 2 weeks here. Very nice and warm people, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, the breakfast is delicious and the prices are so good. If i ever come again to Baku, Qafqaz will be for sure 1st choice on my list.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience! My family and I stayed in a junior suite that was super comfortable, making our two-day visit truly enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices, and I have to highlight their San Sebastian and Chocolate Lava desserts—they were absolutely delicious! One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was both delicious and diverse, ensuring that everyone could find something they loved. I want to give special thanks to Ms. Khalida, Ms. Asyel, and Ms. Fidan for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.
