We booked two units, each with two rooms, accommodating four adults and one 3-year-old. Each unit could easily fit three adults, and the space was spacious and cozy for all of us, with one room in each unit not utilized. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. The location is very strategic and convenient for getting around, with free parking. The bed was comfortable, and the units were very clean. We’ve visited Great Ocean Road several times, and this is the best unit that suits our needs; we will definitely come back again.

While the swimming pool didn't appear clean, the cold weather during our visit made it a non-issue for us.

Loved the pool and warm spa. Also made use of the barbeque three times! The rooms are basic, but clean, comfortable and airconditioned.

Just missing chairs and a little table on the veranda but we borrowed from them once, then after used our indoor ones as we like to sit outside for fresh air sometimes. The Barbeque are, however did have a comfy lounge.

The room was clean and the shower water pressure was AMAZING!!!! The owner was very accommodating and was able to change us to a quiet room away from the main road.

Was on a busy road but overall a great little motel with good value for money. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if visiting Apollo Bay in the future.

Walks into Apollo Bay along the coast. Good exercise. Traveling by Motorbike we decided to walk instead of ride

Not that we didn't like the compendium, however some of the literature (Events dated 2015) were extremely old and therefore made my wonder how up to date the rest of the information was.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

The address given was Apollo Bay, when in fact is about 2 Kim from Apollo Bay at a suburb called Marango.Even Google could not find it, we drove up and down Apollo Bay, in the rain and the dark and Stopped where Google stopped but no motel..Eventually had to ask someone...Could have been prevented if it was correctly listed in Booking.com as Marango, not Apollo Bay

It was just the perfect place to stay the night for my family travelling from Melbourne to see the 12 Apostles. It was clean and the location was perfect, close to Apollo Bay which was our next stop in the morning. Definitely recommend for a one-nighter.

The towels were paper thin and rough. Upgrading the towels will make a big difference to getting a better rating. Little things make a big impact.

It was very cold for us who just flew in to winter from our usual 35 deg celcius heat. We appreciated that there were electric blankets for use. The rooms were all clean and cosy.

Staff were great, we had very loud drunk neigbours all night swearing and singing karaoke. Staff managed to relocate us the 2nd night to an upgraded suite in apollo bay

The pool and spa were very welcome and the kids loved it. The room was clean and it was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, you can go walking to Marengo beach which is a very nice beach.

There is nothing that I can remember that we didn't like. For a long stay could have more kitchen utensils, but it was not an issue in our case.

It was tidy, clean and good value for the price. I liked the electric blankets. It was a cold night.

The address we were sent by booking.com said Apollo bay not Marengo. We were driving around for ages confused by the address till we called the motel. A very small bathroom, but did the job.
