Great location. No view from either front or back, but had a koala in the tree nearby some days. Very spacious apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed although a coffee machine would be nice. Part of a small apartment complex but still very private.

The washing machine did not work which was annoying as we had planned on doing washing during the week. The manager offered to do a load for us but I didn’t want someone I didn’t know doing that, so I had to handwash clothes and I would have liked to wash the beach towels. The dryer worked fine. There was a problem with one of the toilets too and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work.

What a great location! The apartment has a view to the beach and was within walking distance of everything. It is well appointed, with quality cookware and everything you need to self cater. Beds were comfortable and the sheets etc were good quality. It's very well set-up, and there has been thought put into what people need when they are on holidays. We arrived on Christmas Eve after staff had left, and we appreciated the key etc being left, and the check in process was made effortless.

There were a couple of things that were not so great, but nothing which we couldn't manage. The batteries in the remote for the air con had died, but this was ok because we could use the remote from the bedroom. The dryer worked with a light load, but not with the full load from the washing machine. The dishwasher didn't work well, and we wound up hand washing most of the dishes. The apartment was very clean, except for the shower in the main bathroom, which had a mould issue. It wasn't really bad, but it was bad enough for me to clean it before we could use it. All of these things didn't detract from the fact that it was a good apartment, and we would stay again.

Location was great. The apartment had two bathrooms which was perfect was us. There are also inverters in all the rooms making it a comfortable stay. Larger Bed size was appreciated. Emily (one of the managers) kindly pointed out a koala in the trees which made our day. We were allowed to leave our car in the parking (post check-out) to grab some things from the shops. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Small issues like the exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms didn’t work, there was one bin in the kitchenette that was not emptied during our 3 night stay. Understand the policy that the apartment is not serviced for shorter stays but would be food to have the rubbish bin emptied daily. Also would be good to have a separate option for recycling. The reception closes at 8 pm, we didn’t receive any instructions through booking.com for check ins for late arrivals. Thankfully the manager was waiting but of course it was probably stressful for property managers and us. Suggest providing instructions for late check ins.

The location was fabulous, accross the road from The beach, close walking distance to the shops and eateries and the views from the penthouse apartments are wonderful. Nice quiet location too. Highly recommend it.

We would have liked to check in at 1pm as we had brought perishables with us and needed to get them into the fridge before we headed off to the Koalla sanctuary. There was no one in the office and a sign on the door saying back at 2pm. We understand that check in is after 2pm but this was a little challenging

I personally didn't like the bath tub in the 2nd bedroom but was very clean and might be useful for the couples without young children. All good otherwise

Spacious and comfortable living space. The fact they could cater for a King sized bed in the bedrooms was godsend for family with kids. Minimalistic furnishing and solid furniture great for rough handling by kids. Very very clean - corner skirtings and under furniture spaces which are easily hidden and dusty are spotless! Had no worries about kids getting into yucky spaces because everywhere was spotless. Lovely management. I looked forward to chilling in the space every day. Best stay I've had for awhile.

I liked the fact that Michael met me and handed the key to me at the same time as going through and pointing out certain points regarding the apartment. It was personal. I liked the photos on the walls.

I didn't like the slippery shower base in the bathroom. I slipped and nearly fell. Fortunately I didn't. But there was no hand rail in the shower to grab onto. I think that this is a very useful addition to a shower recess and would be used by a lot of people not just older folk.

Beautiful apartments to yourself, home away from home. We stayed in the penthouse, up 2 flights of easy stairs, no lifts. Great facilities. Penthouse overlooks the ocean, perfect for early rises with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise. Sometimes Koalas join you in the nearby trees. 50m from beach, the water looked so inviting. We went I'm winter so to cold to swim, although we did see swimmers. Spa bath ensuite, and air con in every room. Micheal and Emily the owners are amazing. We loved it so much we booked in to stay another night.

They are directly behind a petrol station on the main road. From the penthouse it doesn't really effect the view but imagine from the next level down it would not be nice in some of the apartments. However nothing wrong at all with the apartment, apartment building or staff.

Great ocean view. Clean, comfortable & really spacious apartment with 2 separate bath & toilets. The layout of the apartment is impressive, feels at home. Washer & dryer with laundry rack was a bonus. Dish washer and all appliances work well. The 2 bedrooms & living area are warm (reversible aircon) on winter. Staffs are friendly. Location is good. 2 flight stairs up to apartment but is not an issue for us. Overall, excellent stay in an excellent apartment. Happy we chosed Dolphin apartment.

Maybe a Heated lamp in the toilet for winter season.

The property is well located. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with ocean view (Apparent 11). The view was spectacular. The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed with comfortable furniture.

No coffee machine. There was a coffee plunger in the cupboard, but a Nespresso pod machine would be a welcome addition. Also, the micro Venetian blinds in the main bedroom don’t block out enough light at night.
