The rooms were beautiful, the staff were kind and attentive and the facilities were great. Beautiful pool that never felt too busy. Great breakfast with something for everyone.

My one comment for improvement is to have a second small stool / chair on the deck but such a minor concern.

I had the DO NOT DISTURB light on and the staff came into our room for turndown WITHOUT PERMISSION, when I had specifically requested DO NOT DISTURB. Also, we ordered sweetrolls and orange juice to be delivered to our room at 5:30 am on May 4th. NO DELIVERY. When we checked out at 5:55am for our 6am pickup, reception told us the food was currently being delivered to our room. EPIC FAIL FOR ROOM SERVICE AND THE STAFF'S DISREGARD OF THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN.

The most exquisite hotel with most wonderful view from the bedroom over the Marina Bay hotel and light show in the evenings. Close walking distance to all tourist attractions, hawkers food hall and great selection of restaurants. The staff and service is 7-star and out of this world, the interior of the hotel, the bedroom/bathroom, room service, the pool with view, cleanliness - Most definitely highly recommended and on our next stop-over, we will definitely be staying at the hotel again. The collection from the airport was amazing - they wait for you as you leave the plane (before passport control) and then they help you through passport control - that was great and leaves you with so much comfort. Truly one of our best experiences from the holiday.

We stayed at the Fullerton Bay twice during April 2025 and were astounded by the level of customer service we received. Warren, Assistant Front Desk Manager, treated us like royalty and made us feel so special during our stay. He was exceptional! When we arrived, Ganes, the Porter outside, welcomed us back like a friend, even though he was suffering from the heat in his heavy uniform. Diana on the Reception desk was also so hospitable and welcoming. The staff at the Fullerton Bay really go above and beyond, for everyone, even nobodies like us. They made our trip there all the more enjoyable and relaxing. They really were fantastic!

Loved the location, friendly accommodating service, amenities & comfort. Highly recommend Bay View Room to watch lights from balcony although they can also be seen from the rooftop Lantern & the ground floor Landing restaurant. Loved the rooftop pool. ITV was super quiet around 8am, our only opportunity to swim during our stay. Vegan breakfast options including oat milk available on request. There was plenty of fresh fruit, granola, delicious fresh juices plus various vegetables & tofu available as part of the breakfast buffet. With a bit of warning the chef will make any special order. Recommended highly.

The "Lantern" restaurant was very disappointing, especially the service. Very inattentive and chaotic. Champagne was not poured. Our glasses were empty and the staff just walked past. The table was not cleared after the meal, but only after we asked the waiter. He didn't feel responsible, but got another waiter. The seats with the good view of the Marina Bay Sands were not given to us as they were supposedly reserved. We were there for about 3 hours and during this time no one came for the reserved seats.

Went here for my 30th birthday trip and the staff were amazing! They all knew it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday when they seen me on the day. On my arrival day they had balloons and a cake in the room ready for me and on my actual birthday morning they gave me a cake again at lunch. The hotel is perfectly located with beautiful views over the bay. The pool is fabulous and the room was luxurious and everything was proper 5 star. The robes were the nicest I have ever used. I loved this place and will recommend it to anybody who is going to Singapore.

My room was spacious and nicely furnished, and I enjoyed my time in there. Upon check-in I was offered an >100 SGD upgrade to a "proper" river view room, which I declined; it turned out my room has a huge "side" view of the river anyway. The buffet breakfast was outright delicious and nutritious, with options including continental breakfast, SE Asian curries, fresh honey & fruits, and chicken noodle soup. Some may think that the last item belongs in a hawker centre, but it actually is very well made at Fullerton. No MSG and yet so aromatic and tasty. The staff was also very dedicated to making sure every guest have a great time. Upon leaving our room for checkout, I chanced upon a female, European hotel manager (?) and two SE Asian male staff members; the lady immediately and courteously grabbed our luggage and personally pushed them to the lift --- despite wearing heels and not at her best when carrying loads. I will never forget the standard of service she set.

If someone were to eventually fix the footbridge-lift to Raffles Places MRT, that would make staying at this hotel truly a breeze. Currently as things stand, it's gruesome to go between MRT and the hotel with luggage, which have to be carried up or down a narrow flight of stairs.

Everything. This place is an absolute haven of luxury and sophistication but the staff and service is what really makes it special. We felt very spoilt and looked after. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight hoping to just be able to leave our bags until check-in time but we were offered complimentary breakfast (the best buffet I’ve ever seen) and an early check-in. Great advice and help from the staff, outstanding on every level. We are not usually five star hotel people but this was worth every penny. The room was beautiful with views over the water to Marina Bay Sands. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Every staff member of the hotel is very warm and helpful. We are very grateful for their meticulous service. Special thank to Lee ( at Bell desk) and Dolly ( at reception desk). The location of the hotel is great! Merlion Park, Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore Art Museum, Sands Shopping Mall, MRT Station are all within a 10-minute walk. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the dining environment is very good. The hotel rooms are cleaned in a timely manner and clean. Every night, the housekeeper helps us close the curtains and serves delicious chocolates.
