The room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was clean and comfortable. There was a microwave which was very convenient for us. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Clive was very informative and practical with advice about the area. There's a large complimentary continental type breakfast. There are various types of yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, porridge, various types of breads and bagels. Toasters and microwave. Muffins and various types of cakes etc..Juices and coffee and so much more. Breakfast is taken in the pool room. It's such a lovely way to start the day. We would stay here again. There's a good car park too.

If you have difficulties with stairs ask for a room on the ground floor when you are booking the room as there is no elevator as far as we are aware. However We had no issues with that although we were on the second floor but some may.

This is out third time staying in this great place on our holiday from the UK. It s location is perfect to see the Cape, close to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and bang in the middle of the coast allowing you to access all the pretty towns effortlessly. Beds are unreal, so comfy, sparkling clean and spacious. Breakfast is continental and ample. The chaps on the desk are all first class hosts and extremely knowledgeable about Cape Cod, nothing is too much trouble. Another fantastic stay, loved it. Thanks for having us!

Nothing 😄

The staff was amazing!! Especially at the front desk, so kind! They have gave us so much great tips to explore Cape Cod and took their time explaining the perfect trips and routes. And they never forgot to ask us how our trips went. Even lended us beach chairs when we went out to the beaches. They where extremely kind and made our trip to Cape Cod great! Also we would like to add that the rooms where clean and comfortable. We really recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place to stay in Hyannis (great central place to go out towards the highlights on the Cape and the Islands) combined with a staff that will guide you towards the best places to go!

Loved the friendly reception and overall structure of the place. We enjoyed having our own balcony as well as access to a larger one. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The location felt very safe, comfortable and near sites we wanted to access regularly. Overall a very nice stay.

The pool was very, very cold. We wanted this location specifically because it had an indoor pool for our daughter. Sadly, it was just so cold that it was difficult to enjoy. Also, there only ever seemed to be enough warm for one person to take a warm shower and then it was cool for the rest of us. Other than this, it was a nice stay!

The location was very convenient for the main street with the shops and resturants in Hyannis, and had some good pubs around it. Plenty of parking in an easily accessible car park. There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool but we didn't have the time to try them out. The room was a good size, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us some useful information about the area when we checked in. Good customer service.

The main issue was the wifi which was unreliable, especially in the evening, and we kept losing the connection. More minor issues: the toilet flush wasn't very powerful and the decor was a little tired in places in our room. The breakfast was good to have, but could have had a wider selection of cereals and a fresh fruit salad maybe.

This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at during my week long road trip around Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont but it was the best value and possibly not charging enough given how expensive my other hotels were for much poorer quality and service. The male receptionist who checked me into the Hyannis Travel Inn was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There was a free breakfast, which I was not expecting, but the choice of cereal, bagels, pastries, etc on offer was fantastic. The room was extremely spacious and clean. Parking was readily available on site at no extra cost, and the recommendation to the Black Cat Tavern for dinner was a good one. Can't fault this place.

Large room with balcony. Great location just a couple of minutes from main street. All staff very friendly especially Cliff who checked us in and gave us a few pointers. Continental breakfast was ok, albeit largely carb based .

Although the room was lovely , the bed was poor quality . It felt like a water bed with far too much bounce and roll , not our thing. Also the base was formed with some kind of steel angle iron that was exposed and could cause injury.

Every employee was extremely nice, especially the front counter people. Check-in was a breeze, and they made every effort to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The pool and hot tub area was clean and organized. The hot tub was bigger than expected. Every room has a balcony for a nice sitting area. Continental breafast is fully stocked, and they even bring some items out the night before so you can bring some back to your hotel room in case you're leaving your room before breakfast starts. Will never book a different hotel in that area again. All because of the exceptional service I recieved during my stay

trip too short!!

This is a hidden gem! No elevator but the friendly staff always had a person waiting and available to carry luggage up and down the stairs. We stayed two nights so we could take the short, easy morning walk to the Hy-line Ferry terminal where we caught the “Around the Sound” speed ferry to Nantucket then Martha’s Vineyard then back to Hyannis that evening. We felt safe walking back and saved $ by not having to pay for parking. Breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked. The whole experience was a sweet little slice of Cape Cod hospitality!

I needed to make a 3 hour video call internationally . The manager put me in a room next to the repeater so I would have a strong signal. It worked perfectly. The room was quiet, comfortable, surprisingly large and well-appointed. Coffee maker in room, minifridge, etc. Met and exceeded all my expectations. I didn't need or want to swim, but I did notice when I checked in at 8:00 pm that the indoor pool was full of families having a great time. That was fun to see.

Offer at least one gluten free pastry in the breakfast. I could not eat any of the breads as I have celiac disease (gluten intolerance). And since it was continental breakfast that left me with little to eat.
