Excellent hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast offered plenty of options and even during the day, they let me grab some coffee or use the microwave and utensils, which was super helpful. One night I brought back dinner and was able to sit in the breakfast area, warm up my food, and eat comfortably. My room was cleaned every morning and fresh towels were always provided. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. They even helped with my luggage and offered water bottles. Such thoughtful service!

The only thing I didn’t like that much was that the pool is right next to the breakfast area. In the morning, kids were already in the pool playing and making noise. It’s not a big deal, but a quiet breakfast would have been nice hahahaha

Everything was perfect. The place was awesome, super clean, and the staff were all friendly, nice, and always there to help. Parking is free, there's a pool, and the continental breakfast is perfect. I even got an upgrade to a room with a king bed! It's a place for everyone, close to everything you want to see, like Cape Cod, Providence, Plymouth, and Boston. The price was very competitive, also considering how expensive similar rooms are in the surrounding area and nearby towns. And very often you pay more for less (no breakfast, no parking included, for example).

The staff was excellent — carried suitcases up and down from the 3rd floor (there is no elevator), brought up bags of ice, and were efficient at checking us in and out. The room & bed were comfortable, and the location is convenient to restaurants.

There are no elevators. The breakfast was average — I usually eat cereal, but the five choices offered I consider to be sugary “kids’” cereals and instant oatmeal in packets. There was no waffle iron, just the pre-made, heat-in-a-toaster waffles. There were also bagels, oranges/apples, fruit juice, yogurt, and of course, coffee.

It was our fourth time at this place. I’ll star with the staff. People working there are always very friendly and helpful. Both reception desk and around the property staff is always pleasant, ready to help. Location is fantastic. It’s behind the Main Street so it’s quiet but literally a minute walk to all the stores, restaurants, museums. It takes maybe 8 minutes walk to the marina. So it’s very convenient because you can just leave the car behind. Hotel is clean, pools are well taken care of. The only “defect” is that it’s old and it shows. But it’s not a big problem. We keep coming back.

The room was spacious and had a balcony we enjoyed for some reading time. A/C worked well, if aimed a little too closely to the beds but it wasn't bad. Everything was very clean and housekeeping even left a bag with a full set of fresh towels and toilet paper when we left the "do not disturb" sign out. Beds were comfy, we had pillows of varying fluffiness, the shower had good water pressure, and there was a full array of bathroom toiletries (which, sadly, isn't always a given!). The staff was warm and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful (bagels, English muffins, muffin varieties, cereal, yogurt, granola, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, etc.). Location is excellent, with all of the main Hyannis sites in easy walking distance. Plentiful parking on site.

We could hear people stomping around in the room above ours and there can be some street noise in the evenings. Usually by 11pm or later though things quieted down and we had ni trouble sleeping.

The room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was clean and comfortable. There was a microwave which was very convenient for us. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Clive was very informative and practical with advice about the area. There's a large complimentary continental type breakfast. There are various types of yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, porridge, various types of breads and bagels. Toasters and microwave. Muffins and various types of cakes etc..Juices and coffee and so much more. Breakfast is taken in the pool room. It's such a lovely way to start the day. We would stay here again. There's a good car park too.

If you have difficulties with stairs ask for a room on the ground floor when you are booking the room as there is no elevator as far as we are aware. However We had no issues with that although we were on the second floor but some may.

Great stay – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent – ideal for exploring the surrounding area. It's close to many attractions and makes a great base for day trips. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided useful information about local points of interest and recommended some great restaurants nearby, which really enhanced our experience. The only small downside was that the towels were a bit too small and not very absorbent. However, this was a minor issue and did not take away from an overall excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future!

The staff at the desk was extremely helpful with suggestions of places.to see. Cliff was so informative with places and addresses going to Province Town. We took advantage of several places including the Lobster Pot...Yum. Great shopping places. The addresses were so helpful. Thank you so much!!

Please put a hook in the bathroom. So minute but so helpful. We met another couple and it was the first thing out.of their mouths as well. Mind you it was the only complaint the 4 of us had. We had a good laugh over it. 😆

Excellent location, close to Main Street, Hyannis. The room was clean and well equipped on arrival. The staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and well stocked. Free parking was a major reason we booked this hotel. The hotel has an outdoor pool and sunbathing area and which is lovely . It also has an indoor pool and jacuzzi which are clean and well maintained. Couldn’t fault a thing really. Would love to return to Cape Cod in the future and stay here again.

The Inn itself is pretty outdated but I would stay here again and again. The whole Environment was so laid back, quiet and friendly. The staffing was exceptional! Always went out of their way to say hello or good morning. The man working at the desk saw we had a large family of girls and took the time to come greet us by the pool and bring us extra towels from our rooms. We also loved that we could use the area by the pool to share a meal with our party of 9 instead of trying to cram everyone in a room. Our stay was fantastic.
