The location was great, just a short 5 min walk from the Colosseum, great cafes and bars nearby. Quite area for sleeping. Room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was great, set us up for the day. The staff were all polite, smiling and helpful and spoke English very well.

The location was great—very close to the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, smart TV, and all the necessary towels. Staff were very friendly, especially during check-in. Breakfast offered a good variety, including pastries, cereals, fruit juices, and some hot options.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit underpowered, but it didn’t make the stay uncomfortable by any stretch.

The location looked close to the Colliseum and not too far from the center. Bits a walk downhill, but if walking on an incline. Breakfast was nice, the room was clean. Beds weren't as comfy but still slept well

There were not many outlets for chargers etc...the room is small we had the two twin beds put together. There was no shower curtain, so water got all over the floor. All and all it was a nice place

Perfect location. Walking distance to the Colloseum, metro station and bus stop. Convenient stores also close by. Double room is perfect for a couple. Hotel arranged reliable airport transfers.

Breakfast seemed limited. Rooms were not very sound proof but still adequate.

The location is very good. Walkable to the Colleseum and other touristic attractions. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The street was fairly quiet and we didn't get too much noise. Quite a few restaurants close by.

The mattress was very hard. I wish there was a mattress topper. The shower cubicle was tiny. If you are a big person or overweight, this hotel is not for you. The other negative is that the aircon was disabled. We had to leave the window open, which resulted in mosquitos annoying us in the middle of the night 😞

breakfast was good ,room as good but could've done with some drawers to put clothes in ,bed mattress was excellent as my wife has a spinal condition and found it quite comfortable for her ,location is excellent not far from coliseum and some lovely local restaurants bars and cafes nearby

unfortunately there is no outside sitting area which due to hotel design and location isn't possible to have which is a shame for such a nice little hotel ,

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and large. Lovely jet bath. The staff left a small birthday gift of biscuits for my husband birthday. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous.

We paid extra for the breakfast option but it wasn’t up to much. We didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it. Also as we had to check out early for flight, we didn’t get to have breakfast.

I can't remember the name, but person who worked at the reception December 4th night-morning was super friendly and warm, he had time to chat with us, he was genuine. Rooms small, but clean with good bathroom. Cleaning staff works good. Breakfast is good. Just a good hotel, nothing very good about it, but also not bad.

I didn't like a girl who worked in the breakfast room because, at one point, none of the tables were clean, and there was no cutlery on them. There was a guy who worked there; he was helpful and more experienced.Lobby Bar have very uncomfortable chairs and whole place somehow looked non invinting to chill and have a coffee or wine. Not cozy. They need to improve lounge/bar area to get more from it.

Excellent location, close to metro and bus for easy access to the city and sights. Very clean room and bathroom.

Reception staff were not particularly helpful at times. It seemed to depend who was on the desk. The rooms have a kettle, but no replacement of paper cups or spoons.

Wall with the next room’s bathroom was paper thin. Would listen to neighbor’s shower concert every day. We only got 1 pair of slippers and dental kit, which was a bit weird, because the rest were 2 each.
