The location is superb for our needs. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The room was very quiet. The staff was so friendly. The hotel is very up to date and in beautiful surroundings. The beds and pillows were great.

The carpet was clean, but the chair, bathroom floor and the tops of furniture were dirty. The breakfast needs to add some sliced fruit and a large container of water. Normally there’s a bottle of water in the fridge on checking in. Liquid soap on the bathroom sink would add a nice touch. The safe should be in an easily accessible spot not in the bottom of a dark hutch where no one can reach it.

Great friendly service. Everyone I encountered was professional and courteous. They made us feel very welcome. Though it was very hot outside with heat index over 95, it was nice and cool throughout the Inn. The facility was very clean. The staff seems to really enjoy their jobs. The breakfast was simple but adequate with a very kind lady overseeing it. Really, no complaints at all wit our stay. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

- I was informed that it would be a “contactless check in.” This was not the case as I had booked with a third party. Don’t advertise this if it in fact isn’t going to happen that way. - The entire hotel (room included) smelled musty. Not sure why. - Placing the coffee maker and drinking cups in the bathroom is unsanitary.

I really enjoyed my stay I was there for 1 week. Location is excellent, my room was clean, bed was comfortable my pillows however was not. breakfast was ok can't complain for free breakfast. Overall very good!

Your pillows they have no support for the neck, price could have been better. there wasn't much to dislike except the PILLOWS

You get what you expect from a high quality but not luxury hotel. Lots of conveniences, like a refrigerator and microwave, and good connections for phones etc.-- neat, clean, functional. Good typical self serve breakfast bar with waffles. Small but decent fitness center.

It is cookie cutter, like all of the chain hotels; but that is what you expect when you reserve.

Liked luxury furniture and lighting. Liked soft tp and tissue. Liked clean towels and sheets. Liked Michelle who helped me.

Lack of lighting in certain parts of room. Not a deal breaker though. My bed wasn't solid like the rest of the room furniture and it squeaked when getting on and off. Also in the room I was in on the first floor was very noisy with sounds like hangers being moved in a closet. It's wasn't continuous so I didn't complain.

Gorgeous hotel, well appointed decor and furnishings, staff was amazing and kind, so close to everything and the room was one of the nicest we have stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again. Great part of town.

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. It was just mediocre. As a general rule, if a place has a kitchenette, one would expect hand towels, dish liquid, paper towels, or plates and silverware (even disposable) to be in the kitchenette. It didn't include anything so when we ordered food for delivery we had no way to eat it. We went to the front desk and they gave us supplies but I do think something should be in the kitchen. Additionally, be aware that there is no balcony, even if you book a room that says it has one.

The gentleman at the desk mentioned upgrading my room because the room I booked wasn't ready, but didn't mentioned the additional amount I would be charged. I didn't mind paying, but would have been nice to know. I went to get my debit card. He said that I was good to go, later I saw the additional charge

It's a really nice hotel, and they provide a shuttle to the nearby mall and a few shops. If you book through booking.com, there will be a few hiccups—for us, our room wasn't actually available, but the hotel staff helped us figure it out. The hotel is right next to a great restaurant—The Southern Pecan! Highly recommend.

Sometimes, the communication between the front desk and housekeeping was lacking, but other than that, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was good. The hotel offered large bagels. The room we had was large! It was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. I was expecting a small tub/shower combo. There was a large garden tub in our room. There was an electronic mirror in the bathroom - with a small tv in it!! That was a first for me. There was a large mirror in the room. I cannot say enough how nice the king study/room was!!

The hotel seemed like a higher end hotel. However, the breakfast selection wasn't anything above what you would get at any other Hampton Inn and Suites (three cereals, bagels, waffles, fruit, water, juice, coffee). There was not enough parking for guests. We had to ride around, wait a few minutes to get a park when we went out.
