The price was great, especially since you get two beds in the room as well as a desk and seats. He accommodated my first floor request. There was last minute bookings available as well as free breakfast daily for guests. Parking available close to my room. Outstanding water pressure. Loved the sink setup. Made it easy to clean dishes. Housekeeping comes daily even if you have long stay. Honestly you can't beat the price. Like 90 avg per night for 4 people and that includes parking, wifi and free breakfast. It's definitely a hotel that meets ³ Your needs.

There were 4 of us and we only received 3 towels and couldn't get a 4th for anything. The walls had stuff all over them. Ice machine broke. Designated smoking area only, no smoking on balcony or porch. Our mini fridge had no freezer and it didn't work very well. Could have used a soda to sit instead or the office chairs throughout. No vending machines that took cards or bigger cash and no ATM on site. Toilet moved and was wobbly.

I was really impressed with the quality of our room compared with the price we paid. Room was clean. Sheets were clean, fridge and tv works. The A/C worked really well. Continental breakfast was provided and the wifi worked pretty well.

The ice machine was out of order. We had a room with a king bed. There was a desk in the room and the way it was set up made it a bit more difficult to get to the bed on the one side. I can deal with it for a night, but I wouldn't really want that if I was staying longer. The desk is way too big for a hotel room.

Great location to all the things we wanted to do ! Bush Gardens! Old town Williamsburg! Outlets ! Jamestown and Yorktown !! Super close to Second Street for Fast food and By-Pass to almost everything and Tons of Restaurants!!!

We were sad that the Swimming pool was still under maintenance but it was reopened the day we left !!

The desk staff, Chris, was great! He was funny and yet caring at the same time. Breakfast was pretty good for this type of hotel. I got a nice night of rest and a good breakfast.

Bathroom toilet was hard to flush. Bath towels are small and a little scratchy.

I didnt have the breakfast but a friend told me it is fantastic. This hotel looks little old on the outside BUT, it is fantastic on the inside. It is very clean and has been remodeled. Highly recommended for affordable travel.

Everything was just fine!

This hotel is very conveniently located for Colonial Williamsburg which was the purpose of our visit to the city. Restaurants also located close by. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

There was no clean-up of the room between the two nights of our stay. However, the front desk was quick to accommodate our request for clean towels. The bathroom is a bit run-down, but we made do. It was mainly a place to sleep around our visit to Colonial Williamsburg.

The room was clean, bed was so comfortable, the size of the room was perfect and the large desk in the room was great for our laptop use and eating.

There was a flickering lamp but not a big deal. The bathroom door was hard to close but again, no big deal.

It actually looked nice on the inside and not like a motel like others

The workers cleaned with fabuloso so it made the floors sticky and left a smell in there the whole stay it was areas that wasn’t clean like where the ice bucket was it wasn’t wiped down

Big clean room with comfy bed and nice large screen TV with a fridge and small microwave. An under 15 minute walk to Christina Campbell’s restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg and quick easy access to the Colonial Parkway and under 10 minute easy drive to Merchant’s Square.

It’s an older property that has been upgraded. There are some rough edges like the stairs (with no elevator to the 2nd level) and old bath fixtures and bathroom door that doesn’t quite shut tight but everything is clean and solid. A great value for comfort and location.

Clean, quiet and cool. Owners care about the property and seek to make their guests happy.

Everything was great. Parking was easy and rooms smelled clean and fresh. Breakfast was fine for American standards but nothing like what one gets in Germany for a similar price.
