Simple yet satisfied our needs

The system mixed our booking with another guest’s booking, resulting that the one room has two groups of guests. The staff helped moved another guest to a different room. Firstly, when we entered the room, there is already another guest’s luggage and personal belongings. Not sure why the system alllows checking in twice to the same room. Secondly, the system mixed my booking (on booking.com) with another guest’s booking (on another travelling website). The data shows another guest’s name with my country under my booking reference number

The night-staff was very kind and welcoming! There is a bus stop right outside that takes you into town in 10 minutes for 1.40€. Perfect, calm location and good price for two nights. Walkable distance from TGV station.

There is no sink in the shared bathrooms, only a hand sanitizer dispenser. There is sinks in the rooms but no soap. We brought our own so it was okay

Easy to get to, close to TGV station and Carrefour. . Quiet area God for a fast journey. All facilities available. Small but efficient facilities.

Shared toilets and showers. Clean but still shared.

The room had lots of space, very clean, everything I needed. The shared bathrooms and showers were also very clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive despite my terrible French. The cook saw me waiting in the dark at 5am for a taxi and when it didn't come, he called one for me, which was very nice of him.

I have no complaints.

Clean, comfortable, well-lighted room. Free parking. Supermarket and mall next door. Convenient 20-min bus ride to Avignon and Avignon Centre train station, and 10-min bus ride to Avignon TGV station. Value for money, about €100 for room with private bath. Less if you are willing to share a bath. Highly recommended!

Good place if you travel by TGV train and have an overnight stop, due to it's proximity. Room is tiny, hardly possible to open the suitcase, but then it is good value for the price.

Not good as a starting point to explore the town, but I knew this.

Quite near the TGV station so you don't need to take the bus or something. But far away from anything else. Perfect accommodation for if you're just traveling through Avignon and catch a train the next morning. Nice employees, too!

There's a mall in that area but if you're getting there in the evening there's nothing to do.

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Free parking was available in the hotel’s carpark. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy, and we got the keys from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The hotel is located very close to the supermarket and a fast food restaurant. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. There was no lift, but that was not a problem. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was a large sink in the room. The showers and toilets were shared and located in the central part of the building very close to the rooms. They were clean, and always available. I noticed them being cleaned regularly by service staff, and they were never busy. • Bedroom: There was no lift, but that was not a problem as our bedrooms were on the first floor. We had two adjacent (tandem) double bedrooms with a soft bed and pillows, clean bedsheets and towels. The room in general was not too big, with a window that opened out into the garden at the back. • Amenities: There was a microwave in the reception area, along with a kitchen sink and dining table on the ground floor. There was a TV in each room. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

- AC was awesome - Basic necessities - Clean shared washroom - Bus number 10 stops just infront of this hotel, taking you to Avignon centre in 20 mins. - Helpful staff - Classic F1 hotel style room, very clean, TV worked well.

- Free towels could be a good addition.

Good value for money. Really good to have breakfast at a very reasonable price.

The walk from the train station is hard if you have suitcases as the sidewalks are not paved. Did not yet have bus tickets/understanding.
