The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center, making it ideal for exploring the beautiful city and its charming attractions. The cleanliness throughout the property was commendable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and street parking nearby was a convenient option for guests arriving by car.

While the rooms were pleasant, they had a slightly classic charm, and the view was limited to the light well, which may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the whirlpool came with an extra charge, but it could be a worthwhile addition for those who enjoy relaxing spa features. The mattress was on the firmer side, which might suit guests who prefer extra support.

The staff really made this hotel stay for us. They reached out before we arrived and arranged a transfer to and from the airport, on check in we were given lots of information on the local area and where to explore, they chatted to you at breakfast and were a real credit to the hotel. The room was comfortable and really quiet. The hotel had an evening maid service in case you needed fresh towels which was good. We ate in the restaurant on the first night since we were exhausted from travelling. What a pleasant surprise, the restaurant was of a really high quality with delicious food. Again the service was great, friendly staff happy to talk through the wine list. Breakfast was buffet style with lovely coffee. There's not so much directly by the hotel, but it's only a short walk to Ortigia where there's lots to see and do. The archaeological park is about 15 minutes walk away so you don't need a car to explore from this location.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast juice provision, after such a lovely meal the night before.

The premises were super clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Location is very convenient (5 minutes walk to the main attraction -Ortigia) and 10 minutes walk to the bus / train station. Breakfast was good (not a lot of variety though) and the coffee was perfect. The bathroom facilities were very good. The shower had good water pressure and we had adequate storage space for our clothes and stuff. On the whole this hotel is value for money and I would choose it again if I stay in Siracusa.

The soundproofing of the room is not perfect so if you are a light sleeper like me you may be annoyed by the sounds from the reception and people exiting the lift at your floor (our room was at 1st floor). Warm water was slow to arrive in the shower in the early morning (around 6.00-6.30am), so if you like to take a shower early, be prepared to have it with cold water (at least in the first few minutes).

This small boutique hotel is perhaps the best place to stay in Syracuse, as it is within walking distance between Ortigia and Neapolis Archaeological Park. Spotlessly clean large room and possibly the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. We have a welcome drink on the roof terrace with a nice view of the surroundings and the park. Very useful stuff.

It was hard to find a parking place close to the hotel so we parked at a paid parking.

I like everything about this hotel - it really deserves its “5 stars”. From the moment when booking in until we left, everything was great!! The room was new and modern with everything required to make your day comfortable! The staff is well trained, very professional as well as extremely helpful! The hotel also has a fantastic location!

The hotel policy is that they only provide 2 bottles of water on the day you check in. We stayed two nights - it will be nice if they can provide 2 bottles of water every day during your stay. Nothing big - just a suggestion-)

Ortigia might have been better locoation simply because we were always walking back and forth across the bridge to reach it for dining, shopping. i didn't like the small beach in town of Ortigia. we found an alternative beach, small pebbles and clear water, ten mins by car from Ortigia, GUESS private beach 50 euros which included two chaises longue and umbrella. good restaurants on the sand.

Gluten free selection at breakfast was not great and a lot of food was gone early! However, staff made a good job in providing options. The valet parking at €30 seemed excessive, expecially that there were more kilometres on my counter when the car was brought back then I thought there should have been. However, staff do make you aware of the charge before you pick the option, but unless you get lucky with parking it is the only option to choose in the area!

Very clean and stylish centrally located boutique hotel. We really liked the decor with the various artwork around the building. Good rooftop terrace although not open for our visit The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we were given an upgrade to a duplex suite which was a great room, very spacious with dual aspect balconies.The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet although we were in a central location for bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for our visit. Breakfast seemed a little lacking as there appeared to be only one of every item but maybe we were the latest guests and had missed everything. It's a shame not to have a proper bar operating, I don't know if it was because the restaurant was closed but the drinks we ordered were served in the lobby which felt a little strange, a dedicated bar with maybe some lite bites if the restaurant was shut would have encouraged us to stay longer.

The hotel was cozy and clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful and reachable anytime. The location was walking distance from Ortigia and it was easy to park the car around. The breakfast was fantastic!

We experience construction noise early in the morning which was very disruptive but the staff confirmed that it came from outside the hotel, so they couldn't do much about that.

Staff and location are great. People that work there make the hotel experience 5*. Everyone and especially Melania at the reception: We can’t thank her enough for her help. Absolutely professional and super kind!

I have to admit that the hotel facilities are not at the 5* level. However, due to its staff and location, I would stay there again
