The hotel is in a good location nearby public transportation (bus and metro). The hotel interior decoration is truly elegant, with wooden details. The room was nice and had various amenities, there was the possibility to ask for more at the reception, even if we did not needed them. The breakfast was really good. The personnel at the reception was very kind, welcoming and helped us with all of our requests. Recommended.

The windows were not soundproof, so we could hear noise from the street below during night and early morning even if at the last floor. The room size (double) was ok (we had single beds, but they were attached one to the other), the bathroom was a bit small.

Booking. com COULD have expanded our reservation at SAME rate, when our travel required us to add two more nights. We arrived in the evening after the close of the street market, and the streets were very trashy! My first impression was that we were in an unpleasant part of town until next morning when everything was cleaned. We had some challenges trying to buy metro tickets until front desk informed us we could just swipe our credit cards.

Very clean and very big TV. There is a supermarket with big restaurant in front of the hotel. The Metro is 5-minutes walking distance. Very clean area and look posh. We feel safe to walk in the nights from metro to the hotel. There are other restaurants near by. The road is quiet in the night and we slap peacefully. The breakfast is excellent & the waitress are very helpful and can get hot dinks form them when que for vending machine or any exceptional chose required form the vending machine.

TV: There is no way to change any of the entertainment channels in to English. There is a maintenance guy tried it and then give up. Other than that. This hotel is fabulous.

For a 4-star hotel, I find that some items are missing in the rooms, such as coffee, an iron, slippers, or shoe brushes. The TV remote control is also very complicated to use.

Breakfast: has variety and tastes good comfort: the room was clean with a balcony and so quiet. Staff: so friendly and cooperative Location: For us was so convenient as it is located near a supermarket, 3 tram stations, Metro station and small cafes and restaurants.

Iron and its stands should be asked for and not available with the room. Even when you are done you should return it back for others.

The only issue I had was with communication with the hotel regarding things I forgot to take from the room during departure. I sent two emails to hotel reception, but no one replied. I called them, they answered that they didn’t find any items in the room. Strange-two pair of shorts were just missing.

The room was specious and very clean. The hotel is situated outside of the center of the city so it was quiet and easy to reach. The hotel does have a parking lot, albeit small and costly (22€ per night).

Upon our arrival, the staff told us that breakfast was included in our booking (which was surprising to me as I didn't remember booking it) but when we actually went to get it, we were told it wasn't. Had we known that, we'd have slept longer... My point being, the communication was good but not always effective.

The location is good, near the metro station and directly opposite a supermarket. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of choices.

The water temperature in the shower changes randomly. The shower drain was not working properly. Lack of air flow in the room as the window only opens partially.

Everything,staff were all friendly helpful and nothing was a problem. Able to have a kettle sent to room as not coffee drinkers. Staff were able to give us recommendations for a luggage store as my daughters case was dropped and had the wheel broken so needed a new one. Lovely market in street Tue and Sat which was a great suprise. Hotel foyer is very welcoming room and facilities were beyond expectations very luxurious and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel,would definitely book again if ever return

Bar men over changed us on our drinks and food he couldn't explain the bill charges,yet he was able to converse with the others at the bar.
