Excellent air conditioning system which was really needed. Modern decor and very clean apartment. Excellent location for everything. Clean sheets twice in one week which was nice.

Balcony difficult to get onto due to the heavy barred doors, so felt a bit like a cage. Huge air con unit on the balcony so very little room. Would not like to take a 1st floor apartment again for this reason. Pillows in the wardrobe were dirty and we didn't spot this till late in the evening and reception couldn't change these till the morning for us. Lack of facilities around pool, no umbrellas or pool bar. Although it was permitted to bring drinks down from apartment as long as they were not glass, so this was handy.

This hotel is well maintained and very clean for both room and public areas. - The bedrooms are very comfortable, clean and well serviced; it's with full ketch - The public areas are nicely decorated, comfortable, safe, and relaxing. - The all of the staffs are very nice, friendly, and helpful. hotel's location is excellent. - One can access all near by attractions (e.g. Mijas, Malaga, Marbella, Ronda, Corboda, and Gibraltar) by bus, or bus+train, or tour bus - Only few mins walk to the beach; face to the outstanding park "Parque de la Paloma". i,e, 2 mins working to the nice, comfortable park around nice friendly others. - There are many cafes, restaurants, different size supermarkets closed to this hotel

Great apartments, great location, staff were amazing, so friendly, everything was clean, pool is lovely.

Disappointment we didn't get an apartment with a balcony.

The apartment was clean and fresh. We used to live in Arroyo for 6 years and left Feb 2023, so was very familiar with the area. Kitchen well stocked with Utensils etc. They thought of everything you might need. We only made tea and coffee. Definitely would recommend this property. Bus stop outside the property handy. Reception staff very friendly.

Bathroom a little small. Shower tray was slippery when getting off the shower tray, especially with the soap on it. We then just took our time getting out. Perhaps a shower mat could be made available for guests if they are nervous of falling over.

I would like to thank all staff members for being welcoming and friendly. We were met with a smile and all was very clearly explained to us. The apartments were great: big, spacious, clean, well-designed, with fully equipped kitchen, large bed and couch, safe box, several wardrobes, AC, large balcony, and a wonderful view. In short, there is everything to enjoy your vacation from the first minutes of entering the apartment. Cleaning is two times a week. If you wish to change towels, you just need to drop them on the floor. I also recommend the restaurant located within the hotel. The beach is nearby, and it only takes a 5 minute walk to reach it. A pharmacy, vanity of restaurants, Mercadona - are also all within a 10 minute walking proximity. In front of the hotel there is a beautiful park. The apartments are perfect for both, short and long stays and are very comfortable. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to maintaining the high quality standard of the premises and the service provided in this hotel. We had a wonderful time and an unforgettable experience. About the weather - we were staying there around the beginning of March and the weather was wonderful (18-20 C), sunny and not hot, and not too many tourists. Some brave people even took a shot at swimming in the sea.

It would be ideal if the formal check-in time would be a bit earlier. However, we were allowed to leave luggage and move in as soon as the apartment was ready - thank you for the flexibility.

Very nice location, 5 min walk from the beach, in front of a beautiful park, very clean room, well equipped, friendly helpful staff, special note to Pablo at the reception. Quiet in apartment, balcony was towards the street so of course you hear traffic when outside. Grocery store 10 min walk up the hill (also has free parking). Overall a great place to stay for a week or more.

Location, two separate rooms, kitchen with a view at the sunrise, living room with a sunny balcony. Dish and laundry washing machine with necessary washing capsules provided. Lola restaurant near the property. Cleaning service.

The spa and gym were allowed only from 16+ years, and the outdoor pool was not heated, so we could have a swim with a child and needed to search for other ways. Also Spa and gym were with additional fee (12 euros per visit). Floors at the property are very cold - no slippers provided.

Facilities of room and hotel were great. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly - addressed anything we had concerns of almost immediately, a relaxing spot that gets the best of the sun throughout the day!

The music from the auditorium across the other side of the park was loud enough to hear through closed windows, this was only a problem on one of the nights, and not the hotels fault. However, maybe some thicker windows/doors could prevent this in rooms facing that way

Great rental apartments. Not a hotel per se, but it doesn't really matter. Of course as it doesn't run as a full blown hotel, there are some missing facilities, such as breakfast, or any other food options, but there is an inside restaurant where you can get food; of course for a surcharge. All in all, you get what you pay for when choosing this accommodation. The inside pool is not overly crowded, has nice shade options and is cut of from the outside, which is nice.

As these are rental apartments, parking is not offered; and if you travel by car (like we did), parking can be horrendous in the vicinity. Public parking is free of charge, but finding a place will require luck and patience.

• Well-equipped Apartments: The apartments are superbly equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV, kettle, toaster, and air conditioning. There’s even filtered water available. • Friendly Reception: The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. They allow you to leave your luggage in storage on the last day and use the facilities before heading to the airport.

Lack of Pool Umbrellas: There are no umbrellas around the pool, offering very little shade. • Inconvenient Lounger Arrangement: You have to carry and move the loungers each day as they are stacked on top of each other every night. • Strict Pool Rules: They don’t allow even small floats or balls in the pool for kids to play with. However, they do permit guests to bring their own speakers, which can be quite bothersome. • Additional Costs: access to the sauna and spa is 12 euros per day per apartment. This extra charge seems a bit high.
