Location is good, close to a few metro lines, also it is a safe place to stay. The internal design is stylish, kitchen has all the utilities. We cooked there during our stay. Washing machine / dryer is very helpful too. We enjoyed staying there, would recommend to the friends.

The location of the property ideal walking distance to most attractions. Secured door entry. Close to the metro. Decor very fresh. Pretty well equipped. Very quiet area. Comfortable bed. Printer in apartment was thoughtful. Staff very helpful for storing luggage on departure. We would highly recommend and would stay here again. Close proximity to bars and restaurants, one being next door.

Garden terrace looked nice, but sadly couldn't use as the AstroTurf was too wet. Some plastic microwavable dishes would be useful for next time we stay.

Rechel was very helpful before and during our stay. Erwin who checked us in was extremely helpful, thoughtful and considerate of our needs. Made us feel right at home. Almost forgot to mention Joy who I spoke to on the day of my arrival. She made sure we could drop off our bags because we got in early. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe even late at night. Walking distance to many restaurants that locals frequent. Apartment was clean and beds very comfortable.

The additional 200% increase in tourist tax which was communicated to us days after we left the hotel. It would have been better if we were informed that the tourist tax was going to increase by 200%, instead of informing us after the fact.

The central location and it had everything we needed

I didn’t like how difficult it was to communicate with the office. Plus there is no mention of an address for the office to drop off bags. For foreign travelers it is important to be able to call the office using WhatsApp as some people only have data available on their phones. I had to make multiple international calls and incur charges because I could not get timely responses to my emails or messages.

The location of My Maison is superb, the little square out front is cute, busy but quiet at night. We were in 4-5 min walking distance of 4 main metro lines which was excellent to get to Paris's main sites and a great area for restaurants. As others said, the flat is small. We had a deluxe studio and although looked like photos, the photos did make it feel like it was bigger than what it seemed. That being said, it did not put us off, we just re-arranged some of the furniture and knick knacks around to suit our needs. We stayed for a week and although we were happy with our accommodation and location, it was very hard to live out of 2 suitcases due to the space, one of us had to unpack everything. There isn't much hanging space, the wardrobe is an open rack with shelves on it, and not much other hanging options. Would recommend hooks on back of doors if possible, especially in the bathroom. We were in Paris the week of "bed bug-gate" and property although a little dusty in places, spotlessly clean and bug free where it counted. My Maison team where easy to contact and speedy with replies and very accommodating. I would gladly stay here again, infact hoping to re-visit next year.

Could do with some more hooks on the back of doors, especially in the bathroom.

The property is a little hidden gem. We had a small terrace, a kitchenette that we made coffee each morning and a small refrigerator to hold all the amazing things we bought at the farmers market, there is also a hob, microwave and toaster. There’s a steamer in the bathroom and an excellent hair dryer. The towels are very plush and kept warm on the heating rack. Their products provided are excellent.

The stairs, they are not steep well lit but I had hurt my knee so that was rough. The staff directed me to the pharmacy at the corner and he gave me a non steroidal inflammatory medicine, that fixed me right up. We always do carry on to Europe so getting the suitcases to the 2nd floor was not a big deal. But keep it in mind.

From the moment of the initial booking, communications from the providers were clear and warm. We found the location easily and self check in was simple and quick. The apartment was bigger than we had expected and well laid out - we thought it was designed with a good use of space - the felt baskets were very useful for unpacking some of our stuff. The apartment was exceedingly clean and it is obvious that those responsible for managing and cleaning it care about what they do. Attention to detail was obvious - from the welcome bottle of champagne to the container of good quality paper napkins. The compendium (written in French and English) was concise, thorough and very helpful. The best we have seen anywhere on our travels. Should we ever return to Paris we would not consider looking elsewhere and would hope to be able to book into My Maision in Paris again.

I have read reviews talking about the noisy delivery people who make a noise in the courtyard below - yes they were noisy on one night but the reality is that if you want the convenience of staying in a city you have to expect some noise sometimes.

Location, good size, warm bathroom ( it is winter), mattress was very comfortable, it was a washing machine.

The two seater sofa could have been slightly bigger ( minor issue), and a floor rug would be good, especially in winter the floor was very cold.

We were a little nervous that we wouldn't receive the pre-arrival email as I was travelling down from North Wales the day before. But we did and my daughter thought it was the easiest lock box ever. Loved having the washer/dryer and the Nespresso and the kettle and the dishwasher!

There was no conditioner just shampoo. Someone had mixed up the dishwasher tablets with the washing machine tablets that were left under the sink in little trays, but fortunately, I read the package before using!

The place was very clean! Although it was a very small room, the capacity was enough for 4 people, beautifully decorated. Nearly had eveything we needed. There was a lot of markets and restaurants around and was in a good location. Would prefer staying again becuase of the cleanliness.

It is a bit hard to connect with them, and the place has no stairs so keep that in mind. Plus they take a deposit before the entrance which in our case was equivalent to the total amount of our stay. And since it is hard to connect with them, you get the feeling that you might not get your money back (we broke a vase unfortunately and they charged us 50 euros for that, but they didn't tell show us any receipt or any similar vase examples which was around 50 eurs, if they were to say it was a 100 eurs, we still had to pay that amount)
