The location is amazing. the breakfast was good. The staff were nice and polite.

There were too many kids shouting , and you could hear them from the room. There was no nearby parking space. Some of the plates and cups were not clean and had even lipstick on them.

Sheina welcomed me and my 10 yo son when we arrived. I had put in a special request to receive the room early (around 9) but unfortunately it wasn't ready until 1:30. In the meantime, Sheina brought us into the dining room so my son and I could have breakfast (free of charge). She also upgraded our room (5th floor). Not sure what the other rooms look like, but ours was very neat and comfy. The balcony looked over the lagoon and we had no issues with noise from other guests close to our room. The food in the dining room is delicious and served buffet style with a huge variety for all diet types. For the most part it seems like they have a menue for starters, appetizers and salads, but the mains are switched entirely from one day to the next. The pool was nice and refreshing, but we also came after the holidays. It's not huge and can imagine it being packed during the summer. The service was exceptional. Staff were always smiling and super helpful. Only thing we were upset about was not being able to take bikes which we were looking forward to. Apparently, beduin groups ruined a lot of them the day before so they weren't letting kids under 17 use them.

Room very clean balcony facing the lagoon. Room equipped with mini fridge which suited us very well. Breakfast had a very good selection to choose from. Beautiful lobby very comfortable to relax although we came while there was a large group with kids so it was a bit noisy to sit there. Parking in the hotel has limited parking space but there are many spots close to park free and some that charge.. hotel is close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was a good size, but with a small balcony. The location was ok. The hotel backs onto the marina, but there is no access to the marina from the back so you have to walk around to get there. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice of salads, freshly made omelettes, cakes and many other things.

There was no tourist information and the reception staff seemed to know nothing about local attractions. The pool is on the small side, but fine for young families. There is no entertainment in the evening.

The hotel is in a great location. We received a very big room that was exceptionally clean. The food was tasty with a wide range of selections. It was our first time here, and we are already planning to return. Many thanks to Sheina, who was very helpful and took care of us very well.

warm Israeli hotel staff, well managed property. there is a small free parking lot, but plenty of places for a reasonable fee. fair breakfasts and dinner buffet.

restaurant cleaning servants are not nice. low level of entertainment.

Front desk staff, Mona and Shulameet were excellent. Helpful and friendly. Needed different pillows, had them arrive at our room promptly. Food for breakfast and dinner was varied, fresh and delicious. Staff at restaurant friendly and helpful.

First set of pillows, but they brought us better ones.

The hotel is in a great location near to everyting you would want to see whilst on holiday. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was always someone available at reception willing to answer any questions we had. The food was really good with a wide selection. My daughter has a food allergy and the chef even took the time to prepare separate meals for her which we really appreciated. Our rooms were extremely comfortable.

Difficult to say as it was such a great hotel.

The meals were great, good variety and value, and all Rabanut certified Kosher. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool, which was fairly big and accommodated many guests. Generally good amenities and service

The room seemed smaller than what we expected, especially considering the cost of our stay. We ended up mostly hanging out in other areas of the hotel like the pool or dining room, or just leaving to walk around.
