The location of the property is wonderful and the outlook from our ground floor apartment (#2) was superb. Everything was in easy walking distance to the pier, beach, cafes and shops. The apartment had been renovated tastefully. The staff were very friendly.

The position of the apartment was near the front reception and the managers apartment. The apartment walls appeared not to been sound proofed, so there was no chance for sleep ins, unfortunately. No coat-hangers in any room nor drawers to put clothes away. I personally like to hang my clothes and put away instead of living out of a suitcase. A few entertaining bowls and platters would be a suggestion. The outdoor area table needs an update.

We travel to the Sunshine Coast for sports at least four times a year. It's important for me when traveling with kids that I can just walk in and everything be easy and available. Watermark was exactly that for us. Fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants, facilities are great, it is winter so we didn't get to enjoy the pools. Rooms/beds were comfortable, just the entire setup of the unit.

My only recommendation here would be, is I booked a 'partial seaview', however, where the unit was located which was bottom floor right at the back, it should be called 'pool view'.

Very nice location. Two bedroom unit had two bathrooms which was not clearly stated on Booking.com. Also unit had roof top area dedicated for this unit only. Perfect spot for fishing directly from bbq area. Three separated pool with the spa. Honestly one of better spots on Sunshine Coast. Already booked next stay. And the cherry on top lovely reception staff didn’t make a big deal for letting us have a late checkout. Very happy, highly recommend. Cheers

Reception staff very helpful assisting with early check in, very pleasant. Great WiFi, some apartments with Foxtel. Balcony views overlooking the pool and our apartment/s partial views of the Pumistone Passage fabulous. 3 beautiful pristine pools, one heated and spa. We had 2 apartments due to availability of dates, the first better than the second. Both good, well equipped kitchen. Both apartments had washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron and board. Both apartments similar but apartment layout in Tower 2 more spacious and noise levels lower. Apartment in Tower one had a room either above it or beside it with floorboards or similar making loud scraping noises from tenants waking very early in the morning 😞 Also, carpet quite stained. Location is fabulous, actually walking distance to many restaurants, Stockland shopping centre literally 5 minute walk. Fish shop with great fresh seafood just over the road from the resort. This complex is becoming a little older and dated but spacious and very clean. I feel that the rates are quite excessive, however, Caloundra accommodation 0as a whole is incredibly expensive but all resorts, hotels and motels still filling all vacancies. It begs to ask "WHAT FINANCIAL CRISIS" ??? Thankfully our stay was covered by by an insurance claim. I would still highly recommend this resort.

Excessive room rates and early morning noise levels from Tower one apartment. Lamps in lounge rooms would add ambience. Lounges in both apartments uncomfortable and beds a little too firm. Ceiling fans would be a huge asset.

The location was absolutely amazing! The resort is within walking distance of the beach and of many restaurants and cafes. I also really enjoyed the pool, of which there were three types, including a heated pool and a spa/hot tub. The aircon and ceiling fan both worked well and so did the TV.

Unfortunately, the door to my room opened by itself despite my having the lock engaged... It only happened twice but that was still annoying and concerning, especially given that the doors are opened by RF passes rather than an actual key. There was also some mould in the bathroom ceiling due to poor ventilation/no extractor and ants made their way in through a gap near the window in the main room.

Fantastic location. Secure parking. Water and pool views. Walking distance to everything including clubs pizza massage. Groceries 5 minute walk away. The best fish and chips across the road. Beautiful waterside walks. Heated pool and spa. Beautiful surroundings including pond with goldfish. Great showers with lovely water pressure and nice and hot.

Unit 15 sliding glass door to balcony was very difficult to open and locked itself when closed. Locking mechanism on it wasn't good at all.

The location was terrific with easy access to restaurants, shops, good walks and the beach. Dallas on reception was very welcoming on arrival. A very neat little apartment with a lovely view from the balcony of the water and pool. TV with Foxtel was great for relaxing. The hot water pressure was terrific so it offered a great shower. Undercover car parking was also a bonus.

Pillows lousy. The sliding door needs attention, which I mentioned during my stay.

Apartment 6a was great - direct access to the pool area. Location is great, easy access, kitchen (was fully stocked with EVERYTHING needed), bedroom & bed very comfortable, lounge & TV - great. We had a circuit breaker trip - response was excellent.

Pokey shower over bath. Difficult for older person to get in and out of. Sliding door out to pool - the lock was VERY difficult to open. It was worn.

The location and the cleanliness of the property was too good. We literally walked to all places, beaches, restaurants, grocery, restaurants ice cream shops!

We booked in for 3 adults and a 14yr old for a 2 bedroom apartment but only had 1 bathroom/toilet to share. Other family friend had 2 adults/2children and got 2 bathroom until just next door. Would be nice for the property to observe the number and age of guests and accommodate accordingly. Thank you .

Great location so close to the shopping centre, restaurants etc which are all within walking distance. Great ocean views from the front apartments. Nice pools and bbq area. Reception staff very nice and friendly. Can highly recommend.

Caloundra itself suits us but if you’re looking for nightlife ( which we weren’t) forget it. Perfect place for families to holiday.
