Very good location. Around 3-5 mins to the centre & 10ish minutes to Sendai station. 2 mins walk to bus stop & subway station. Few convenient stores around. Very clean & modern hotel, nice and helpful staff. Helped us in making a reservation at a restaurant, thank you! Room window can be opened hence we got fresh air. They have various room types and sizes - feel free to choose according to your need. They are environmental friendly - amenities are free for us to take based on our needs & they don’t change our bed sheets everyday unless we really need to.

The staff was super nice from the. Reception to the cleaners so lovely. It was very clean and the view from the panoramic window was fantastic. Especially at night. There was fresh bottled water every day. The location was also great, it was a 10-15 minute walk to Sendai station and a 5 minute walk to the shopping street. It was just a bit small with 2 large suitcases.But otherwise everything was very good. There were many restaurants within easy reach. We can highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a good spread of both Western and Japanese food. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Its a bit of a walk from Sendai Station but still walkable. The bus to Yamagata was just diagonally across the street. The staff were helpful and friendly. Love that there was an onsen in the hotel and it was super nice to use it with the cold winter weather.

Maybe only that fact its a bit far to walk from Sendai station with luggage.

The hotel just got renovated, the room was clean and comfy. Also for the public bath, there were many shampoo and conditioner brand that you could choose.

For three people better to book two rooms if you would like to have bigger space.

I really enjoyed the location of the property and the hotel was very modern. The room was spacious enough, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The onsen upstairs was big and clean, they have an outdoor onsen which was really nice. It snowed when I was there so it added to the ambience.

The only complain I had was how hot the heater was. The temperature was control from a main unit, so it didn’t matter if you wanted to turn of the heater or cool down the room - it won’t change in your room. Most nights the air was hot, stuffy and borderline suffocating. They provided you with a small air-con unit but with no air flow/fresh air, we were circulating hot air.

Breakfast was nice, the room was small but comfortable for 2, beds were comfy and staff were very polite. The location is also a short walk away from some more nightlife centric streets which meant going out for a wander very satisfying

The do not note allergens fully at breakfast meaning that you may accidentally eat something you do not wish, the small room does mean you will feel a bit claustrophobic so make sure if you dont do well with small spaces to keep an eye on the room size you book

The best feature of this hotel is its staff. They were considerate enough to give us a higher floor with a nice view for my son to enjoy. They were also kind enough to disregard our missed night due to consecutive flight cancellations. Finally, they both received and took excellent care of my delivered packages. As for the room, it was great. The view was the most memorable part and the bathroom (especially the tub) was bigger than the other hotel unit baths we've been to. Finally, with regard to location, it is beside a McDonalds and across a big 7&i so getting supplies won't be a problem.

Nothing bad or substandard to report.

We liked the view from the room and the location. They have a resto near the lobby that seems quite popular. There's mcdo nearby. Easy access to metro, although it's still a 5 minute walk to JR Sendai. The onsen was clean but a little too hot.

The room was smaller than other hotels. Onsen water is slightly too hot. Coin laundry and dryer were available but slightly expensive.

location is great, close to sendai station, ichibancho shopping arcade which is covered mall connecting street together in downtown area is near by, the sendai asaichi market just a little further away and jozenji dori avenue where the sendai mediatheque is on, all the mentioned just within walking distance.

ithe quality of breakfast and bedding and room fitting could be a little bit better if compare to other mitsui garden hotel i have stayed such as the one in kanazawa etc. i don’t intend to say that it’s not good but not as good as the siblings hotel in the chain. having said this, if compare to the orther chain at the same price range, this hotel is one of the good ones.

the location is good for either shopping and dining. walking distance is only 10-15mins to stations or/ can take the subway. the room is not big as expected but good fit for 2 persons. the breakfast was great and staff is very friendly. unexpected spa is provided without extra cost. that is excellent after a long day shopping

only 2 washing machines .. hahah . but really ok if do the laundry in the morning instead
