Clean two separate bedrooms with a shower in between. We were two friends traveling togther and this was PERFECT! - Comfortable beds, very clean, very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, friendly owners. We had a very refreshing good night rest and went on a full day of exploring and hiking felt amazing. I highly recommend. Also for families - if the parents want to be able to close their bedroom door and have the kids in their own separate room - this affordable suite is a huge plus.

Group of friends gathering for a birthday celebration. This motel was close to the celebration. We brought our cruisers...and rode everywhere...the beach, the gathering, downtown, the boardwalk... Simple accommodation, a little dated, but clean, which is the most important to me.

I didn't care for the early check in charge of $30, when the room was clearly ready. I think that is poor business. I would appreciate a few simple items for the kitchen. For example, a bottle opener/cork screw. Plates/cups. It is clearly noted in the reservations that there are no items in the kitchen, so it wasn't a surprise. Just would have been nice.

We booked it for 1 night only, I didn't want to spend so much money just for an overnight stay. It was a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk. I booked 1 room, which had 2 bedrooms, which was pretty great. My husband and I had our room, and my girls did too. It's was pleasantly clean. Free parking, which was great. I thought it would be too noisy, but it was relatively quiet. Slept great. I will definitely be staying there again.

Nothing that I could think of, we enjoyed our stay.

I liked how friendly and polite the manager is. That right there is 50% of how good a stay is for me. Thank you very much for your kindness. The room itself is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the mini-fridge worked great and the room was clean and stocked. The location is perfect for a Santa Cruz stay due to the proximity to everything I went to see and do.

Super great location - close walk to the boardwalk! Big rooms, comfortable, & quiet. Two entrances for the king+queen suite, which was convenient. One of the cheapest places for the weekend we went & was definitely worth the price. Would stay here again!

Dirty floors - definitely recommend bringing an extra pair of slippers just for indoors. Other than that, no complaints!

We booked twin beds, and were very pleasantly suprised to be given two bedrooms, separated by the bathroom. Great shower. Very hot water. Microwave and fridge. Very clean. Dispenser soap and shampoo. Tidy outside area. Proper bright bedside lighting and usb charging.

Chair at table had an iron burn mark on the upholstery.

Value for money. the rooms are clean and well-kept. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach or shopping downtown. This room is across the street from the skate park, which you don’t notice at all. I’ve also stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and I enjoyed that room even more!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Staff was friendly and quick to help accommodate any needs. We where allowed to complete our check in process and park our vehicles there before check in time to be able to walk to the boardwalk and upon arrival that night our room keys where already waiting for us. Entire room was spacious and clean with lots of towels provided. Bed's where very comfortable as well. The suite layout and option was great for our family. It's definitely easier to know your entire family is all withing one suite. Will definitely consider stay here again on our next trip.

Parking lot is very small and compact.

The suit was perfect for a family traveling with children! We were able to have a separate room of our own, but did not have to book a completely separate 2nd hotel room to accommodate 4 kids + 2 adults. It was wonderful! The location was very close to the attractions that we wanted. The staff was wonderful and kind. Very helpful with directions and answers to our questions. The air conditioning was great, and we were very appreciative of the ice machine and kitchenette in our suit.

The parking lot was full and we had some trouble getting in and out, but I do not think that was something the hotel could have changed. We were traveling on a holiday weekend and it was just a particularly busy time.

The property is clean, safe, and an easy walk to the Boardwalk. The Staff is very friendly, and welcoming. Definitely a great value for a weekend getaway to the Boardwalk. This will for sure be our go to place.

Our room was clean… Beds were a little too hard for my liking, but still comfortable.
