I like how the Staff treats not only their guest, but also their employees . I also liked how the Sam conducted business with a smile on a daily basis. Him and the other brother that’s always there with him always at the front desk . Lastly , I like the way Haley - conducts her business as well as Tisha (I don’t know if I’m pronouncing it right🤦🏾‍♀️) and the lady with the pink stripes in her hair keeps everything positive & productive on their shift without being in the presence of the supervisors.That says alot .

Only thing I didn’t like about the property is the broken washer and dryer, (which comes from a 3rd Party) . It makes you over pay to wash and dry because the coin tray that accepts the quarters is broken if off track. (Funny story - to keep me from losing anymore money Sam actually went to his car and found as much change that he could do I wouldn’t lose anymore money to the machine ). Lastly , not having a microwave in my own room nor mini fridge is another thing I don’t like .

Some of the rooms there beds just suck. But the one room. 329 was so comfortable I loved the bed and. Pillows. And I also liked the way how the house keeper was so nice And caring.

Ok they had bad roaches really bad. A lot and the bathroom was just ridiculous and also I was forced to leave the property because I wasn't able to get another room and it was very cold outside and the manager told me that I had to leave. I was so upset I just love and love a lot of my property being there like important things without calling to ask something to come get my things and they said it was no longer there. I was very upset and sad important things like my son's social security card birth certificate and all type of things. And another thing was how the staff in the manager Sam conduct their business it was very rude and obnoxious.

The hostess, Shaneka, was very warm and helpful. She helped me feel welcome in Minnesota, and was very patient with me. It was my first time getting my own room. My card kept declining the purchase since my bank didnt trust it since I was far from home, and She let me know which rooms were open, and waited patiently for me as I called my bank and reordered my room.

There were some stains on the bathtub that I assume are quite stuck on there. But otherwise- I was able to get exactly what I paid for! I can't expect perfection from a $50 suite, yk?

Tosha at the front desk was great! The price and location were good. Pet friendly, which was a plus when needing somewhere to stay a few nights between apartments.

It's pretty noisy with no soundproofing or seal around the door to block out hallway noise. Normally I wouldn't mind but I had my dogs and they kept barking at people talking/laughing outside the door. I felt bad because of neighbors. 🫣 I would've benefited from a small fridge. And no coffee maker???

The bed was perfect and comfortable at the end of a long day. Air conditioning worked wonders. Everything was fairly clean and all linens were spotless. Check-in and check-out were extra smooth!

The floor was a bit sticky (likely due to whatever cleaning product was used on it) and the wifi was slow at times but everything was great for us otherwise.

The place was clean and they didn't change extra for the dog. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It would have been good to have a fridge and microwave in the room. There was a couple who had an argument in the place but that can happen anywhere. The neighborhood isn't the best but I didn't have any problems.

The staff shareka was polite and very helpful.

They didn’t wipe off anything at all. Hair in the tub, like an unrealistic amount. There was sauce on the table and counters. Dust under sink and a mound of ants in the room. The sheets are stained and you can smell the body odor of previous person in ho stayed on bed

Motel was clean and located in decent area, just out of the way.

The location was out of the way for someone without a car. Otherwise, no problem and certainly one of the better Motel 6 I have stayed in over last couple years.

How comfortable my stay was and how neat my room was and the overall staff and house keeping they did a really great job 🙂 They really deserve more stars because five is just not enough for all the hard work they do. Thanks again! Motel6

Staff is very friendly and helpful

I wish there was a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. I also had a parking warning on my car, although my pass was visible.
