Overall this property is clean, offers a nice breakfast and the location is perfect. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of luxury hotels but nonetheless we still had a good stay. I was worried while reading other reviews but in reality, if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a good price and a great location the little bit of noise from the construction next door shouldn’t be a bother. We closed the window and slept well. For the record, the wifi works just fine. 5 nights of happy sleep here!

1. The manager proactively offered a early check in! 2. Location is nice! 3. They had some bread for free at the check in lounge. 4. In the restroom, there is a heating rack. Because of it, I was able to dry a pair of completely wet pants in 1 night. 5. I went to the front desk and asked for a cup of hot water, and they offered it without charging me (that machine does normally take money, from what I can tell)

Nothing i can recall. I have nothing to complain about the room. The bed is NOT THAT/DREAMY comfy but I don't recall any complaint. Room, admittedly not big, is spacious enough for myself so~

Stayed for two weeks, all went well. Staff very attentive and responsive, especially Wolf. You can just ask if you need anything. Before booking, I read a lot of the reviews and some mentioned thin walls. I found the hotel to be very quiet and not once heard anyone from the other rooms. Excellent location, just a few minutes away from the centre. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked that the room was really tidy, the hotel staff were very nice and kind as well as talkative, they were really nice. For this price and location the value you get for the hotel is great, so I think is ideal for short stays, in my case a connection flight, I'll reconsider using it in the future for sure!

I didn't like that the pictures in Booking didn't really match the real room, however the room was really tidy, with a good fridge and the hotel room and toilet were really nice so there's no much to complain, just the pillows could be improved but again, for the price and location you cannot ask for more.

I liked the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof. I located it in barely 5 minutes. It was maybe 15 minutes to the altstadt and there were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was clean with a fridge and safe. The staff were quite helpful.

Ironically, the location again. Over three nights I barely obtained three or four hours' sleep due to some people talking loudly outside the hotel and congregating on a stairwell opposite till 3 or 4am. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't the hotel for you. Also, no free breakfast.

The hotel is in a superb location, really close to the main train station and the city centre. It is great value for money and the hotel is great for a short stay. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms, though small, are spot on. The staff are excellent and really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fine with all that you would expect from a continental hotel - cheese, cold meats, eggs, breads, sweet pastries and cakes, cereal, etc, etc. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Munich

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They kept our luggage before check-in and after, at no cost. The position and close proximity to the platz and the station were amazing.

The room was small and the bathroom was very small. But it was clean. The bedding was clean, but was yellow and no longer white, so it looked old. We did take a room without aircon, but it was fine as it was not summer yet. But would definitely opt for an aircon room if I stay there in summer.

I really like the room, it was so comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was a little bit small but ok if you stay few days. We don't have breakfast because we have to pay like 15 euros and it wasn't the big thing so we decide to eat in other place.

The neighbors was a little bit grumpy and know the wall so me and my friend stay quiet like 9 pm although we don't speak louder. And we think that we have breakfast because the reservation said that we have breakfast included, but when we were going to start breakfast they told us that it was not included.

Double room was small but clean, bed comfortable, shower OK and some basic toiletries provided. Location is down a side ally so not very “inviting” but just a few mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, also very easy 10-15min walk to Marienplatz. Breakfast was good – standard continental and everything was fresh – you can also eat in an outside courtyard area. After check-out I needed to work for a couple of hours and was able to use the downstairs seating area that is used for breakfast in the morning which was very useful. Wifi worked OK.

The fridge in our room didn’t work – or we didn’t find a way to switch on. Rooms is a little dated in style but still very good value for money. No other issues - everything worked.

The location was very convenient to Central Train Station and just a sort walk to Marienplatz. The room, although very small, was laid out very efficiently. Staff was very helpful and graciously stored our luggage when we arrived prior to check-in.

Even though it was a non- smoking room, cigarette smoke filled the room. The curtains did not cover the windows adequately and bright light from the hotel sign shone in our face while trying to sleep.
