The room was of adequate size and had all necessities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean tidy and in general good repair. A large shower made access and egress easy as did the wide doorway and lift. Reception staff were fantastic in our several contacts, always friendly and helpful. Though not necessary for our stay There was plenty of car parking available and the reception staff arranged for safe keeping of our tandem bicycle by prior request.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean! Big, clean bathroom. Free parking. Perfect for people being caught late on the road. Excellent location on the freeway. Would recommend!

This was such a wonderful experience. I had traveled on my bicycle for a few months in Turkey and Georgia, and on my way back by bike to the Netherlands I had wildcamped for a week in Bulgaria. I came here expecting absolutely nothing for the price I had to pay. But it felt like I entered heaven on earth. Everything was basic but good. For the first time in 5 months I enjoyed a shower that wasn't falling off the wall, AND a little light next to my bed AND a room that was warm enough. The view was magnificent, and the woman working at the reception was very sweet. We communicated in French. The food was basic, but good enough. I will never forget this first night in a European hotel after having returned to Europe after more than half a year.

The climb from Ihtiman to the hotel by bicycle is a tough one, but certainly worth it.

The manager of the hotel, Alina is very friendly and helpful. Also the view is amazing, especially for the rooms which face the mountain. We ate the dinner at hotel and I barely can say that they are delicious. I strongly recommend.

For our purposes, location is great. We were very happy with all the details in the hotel (room was clean, internet was great, staff were very friendly and nice), as well as with additional offer within the complex. We will be back for sure.

Comfortable room, very clean, bed very comfortable. Free toiletries in the bathroom. Kettle for hot water. We are very satisfied. I recommend!
