The property is only 10 minutes away from the bottom of the slopes in a beautiful forest location. It really feels like you can get away from it all but be at the centre very quickly. The transport that was bookable at the resort was a game changer and meant that we could all enjoy a drink at dinner and not have the stress of driving in the snow. The staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. There was a small shop there that had enough so we didn’t need to go to the supermarket straight away. It was also lovely to be able to have a sauna and a Jacuzzi at the end of the day skiing

The property is in a very secluded area away from noise, etc. You can really relax and get good sleep or go for a walk in the forest. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The property has some nice amenities – pool, jacuzzi, sauna Dogs are welcome, which was really important to us.

You're pretty far away from Borovetz and the road to get you there is not that nice, meaning it takes good 15-min drive to get anywhere. There's a small bistro that only works during the active season and with a limited menu.

The place with the stunning view on top of the hill surrounded with the pine forest away from any civilisation noise. Full complement of self catering facilities. Snow games equipment freely available.

Our fireplace was not working well, maybe for good, as it turned out it was not meant for warming but for cosiness. Also surprisingly we found out at checkout that the firewood was not complimentary. The sauna advertised with every apartment does not exist. Some of the houses allegedly have them, but we wouldn't know.

Fantastic chalet that housed us for our first trip to Bulgaria, the staff were super helpful (even gifted us a special bottle of Rakia) & ensured that we were well taken care of. Being able to order the shuttle bus to take us to the ski area and back was super easy and smooth. It had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and it was a real bonus that the food and drinks at the chalet restaurant was nice, too. Massive bonus for having an indoor jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna - really makes those long ski days worthwhile having somewhere nice to relax. Rooms are more than modern enough

The squeaky beds! The rooms were a good side, so were the beds, but the mattress was so noisy, every turn was heard and felt - but if that's the only thing we have to complain about, it was clearly a lovely stay.

The remoteness of this accommodation proved to be one of the very best things, despite having preconceptions about it being an issue. The staff were very helpful, with a positive and friendly attitude. All the staff, including the drivers and the spa workers were having a professional and respectful conduct. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay with our kids. We had more than enough blankets, pillows, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances. The silence was undisturbed and so beneficial for our tired and exhausted urban psyche. The 15 minute car trip through the forest to the slopes was completely fine with us and the best part was that after a tiring skiing session, one of the drivers would have taken us to the accommodations door. The sauna was awesome as was the little spa. We had a dinner at their restaurant, the food was good and the fireplace more than romantic. We brought groceries from the nearby town and cooked most of our meals at the apartment. This is a very practical aspect we are searching for while travelling with our children for more than a day or two. They also had storage for the ski equipment and free parking spots in front of the property.

Clean and with a lot of amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and sauna very clean also. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

The road to the hotel was covered in snow and it was extremely dangerous to reach the hotel. Also the entrance to the hotel was covered in snow which had turned into ice which made everything extremely dangerous. When we reached the hotel the receptionist didn't speak any English.

Excellent place in the middle of nature, a 10-minute drive from a ski resort. In a very quiet environment. In our large apartment with 3 rooms we hosted the family for dinner. An ideal place for a vacation. We came with cars but the hotel's transfer is very accessible and recommended. We would love to come back

The water in the pool is not really warm.

Very nice spacious apartment, great views of pine trees and the mountains. We were lucky to get lots of snow which made the place look even more beautiful! The staff were super helpful. All was great.

No negatives really. Location is a bit out of the main village so need to use shuttle but that was very regular and the drivers were super nice and helpful.

Villas were warm, spacious, well equipped, perfect for families, amazing views, friendly staff, very kind to us and the kids

Slightly out of the way, the road in the dark is daunting or when it's snowy or icy. The distance is an advantage too and they do operate a regular and very speedy shuttlw
