My family and I ,we decided to come back to give the facility another shot, despite not feeling welcome the last time I booked for my birthday and was called to be informed that my stay will be cancelled without my request. It was sad for us since this was our favorite resort of them all. -Back to our recent stay: staff was very friendly this time around, apparently they replaced kitchen staff, food was good/ok. My sons burger was over cooked and I let the waitress know , I noticed the head chef arguing with the waitress and I call him over to discuss it- he told me he wasn’t able to make it well done without it looking charred, I told him we will keep it since he did seem upset at my feedback but then after saying that we were able to try to chug it down as is -he relaxed and offered my son alternatives. I told him to just try to make it medium well. We waited for the meal to be redone and my son ate it this time around it was not burnt. Expensive but that’s to be expected , my meal was the seared scallops with tomato risotto. Risotto was undercooked but had a good flavor, scallops were tasty. My mom had the chicken and she loved it nothing wrong with her meal. Outdoor whirlpool was closed but we don’t care about that as that has really never been our favorite , we are back mostly for the beautiful view and rooms. We spent over 1k on a two night stay, but we love the old fashioned ambiance / decor, and how relaxing the property is. Male Front desk clerk was extremely welcoming and so was the gentleman who escorted us to our table for dinner. After a bad experience the last time we were here, this time i have to be honest it was way better! We’ll be coming back around winter for sure.

That we can’t stay here forever! Pictures are of : scallops and undercooked risotto- I didn’t complain about this meal I just ate it undercooked because i didn’t want anyone being upset and also the flavor was there. - second picture is of fireplace where we were seated for dinner. Beautiful of course - and a cocktail drink I had.

Location was great as this is quite charming. I asked for early check in but they really try hard to honor request. Once we got in TV and controller were not working so tech people took another hour of our very short stay in our room and didn’t fix. We requested to move to another so we list more time from our stay-not happy about this. I loved this spa but your staff needs more training I both social skills, manners and need a little initiative to try and make stay better. They seemed bothered by requests.anll we heard anbout was they were so busy with two weddings/not our problem annd should never affect service to other guests Everything else was excellent.They could use refrigerators in rooms.

The setting perfect for my two daughters and a friend. We had never done an overnight spa so this was a perfect opportunity to spend precious "girlie" time with them which was a huge success and very fun. The massages were lovely and were very professionally done. My person Olivia was outstanding and deserves mention. It was the best 50 mins. ever and she gave it her all I felt, and it was the end of a long day I am sure! Restaurant lovely, wait staff attentive but serving the food was slow and we had to leave for our appointment quickly so not a very relaxing meal! The food did not match the pricing and was just average for an expensive menu. Front desk welcoming, kind and very helpful. Great customer service skills all around in this place and I will go back again..

Slow service unfortunately so dinner was rushed in order to get to an appointment on time.

It's clean, food was delicious, the spa later at night was now crowded which was nice, friendly staff

Spa terrace a bit overcrowded in the afternoon. Room service charge verybl pricey. Some diversity would be nice. Also pictures make it seem like place is nestled in woods. But there are apartment buildings across the street

Beautiful property, attentive staff, and comfortable beds! It felt like a little country chateau in France. The relaxation grotto was lovely.

Just a couple of minor inconveniences. The day we arrived, the small whirlpool area was packed and people left towels reserving empty chairs so you couldn’t sit anywhere. The pool shack had no food from 3-5pm and sent us to the bistro bar, which serves no food during that time. In the spa, when I asked for hair gel (which is listed on the “just ask us” list of amenities posted on the counter), I was told they didn’t have any.

This spa resort is top notch, we included in our stay a couple excellence pedicures that we're amazing and now my husband is spoiled only wants to go there in the future. the Jacuzzi was hot and relaxing, the selirium was a great place to relax on a rainy afternoon. we were upgraded to a king suites room that was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the atmosphere at lunch although the food was just ok the service was outstanding

Coffee maker made delicious coffee. Room felt luxurious and very comfortable mgortable

Said breakfast could be delivered between 7.30 and 8.00. Arrived at 8.25 service deliverer said the t was because chefs didn’t arrive till 7.30 so it wasn’t realistic to offer delivery at 7.30 Hmm, we ordered a croissant fruit and coffee. How long does that take to prepare. And they forgot the jam. But the rest of the day was truly wonderful

I brought my best friend for his birthday and we had the most amazing evening.

No improvments to note, fantastic stay we will be back sooner rather than later.

A fabulous first-class spa experience! Relaxing spa treatments, delicious food, great cocktails in the outdoor hot tub area, comfortable accommodations, multiple fireplaces, wonderful gift shop, and a calming yoga class!!

Holy smokes, where to begin. The hotel and spa are breathtakingly beautiful!!! The staff go above and beyond when dealing with guests. The food was amazing as were the waitstaff!!! The Spa, oh lord, the Spa.. no words!!!
