I liked the check-in process, it was simple and quick. The room was comfortable with a king-size bed, a frig, a microwave, a desk, a night stand with outlets and USB ports! Plenty of space. The AC worked great. The free shuttle to The Riverwalk and Market Square was very convenient. The continental breakfast wasn't just cereal and bagels. It had eggs and sausage, make your own waffles, and milk and juice! I will definitely stay there next time I'm in San Antonio.

I totally enjoyed our stay, but I wish the elevator worked a little quicker.

I arrived at the airport around 1:20pm. The free airport shuttle was nice. They also allowed early check- in. They also provided a shuttle to Market Square and the Riverwalk, though I did not take advantage of this service. I mostly walked to town. It is walking distance to Market Square. There is an entry to the River Walk approximately .3 miles away. There is an H-E-B supermarket about .2 miles if you need to get some groceries. They also provide a decent breakfast.

I think the dining area is a little small so when there's a lot of people getting breakfast, it can be a bit cramped. And for two nights, it got a bit loud. There were over 40 rooms occupied by high school kids for a band competition, if I recall correctly. They were loud even at 11pm in the evening. But I survived that. Other than that, I was fairly satisfied with my stay.

Close to downtown and the riverwalk. Free shuttle to take you to the riverwalk, no need to book it, just go to the front desk and they will take you. Pick up was a bit confusing on trying to find the location when coming up from the riverwalk. Use the restaurant from the pickup locations on your google map to find the location. Free breakfast included. Nice pool and hot tub, located across the parking lot in the other hotel building. Towels are provided. Lots of free parking. Air-conditioning worked well.

Temperature on the hot tub should be turned up. The pool and hot tub were the same temperature.

We took full advantage of the shuttle made available for Airport pickup/dropoff and to the River walk. This service is absolutely brilliant. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and had a staff member available for top ups and clean up. We were super spoilt having our room upgraded, and we were able to check in immediately upon arrival. Huge shoutouts to all staff we encountered, but in particular Monica (Operations Manager) who collected us from the airport and gave us some great San Antonio visitors tips, and to the shuttle driver. We loved our weekend in San Antonio!

Location was great. Free parking is almost unheard of in San Antonio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the Rivercenter mall and Market Square. Convenient pick up times. Breakfast offerings seemed decent. Although, we ended up eating at a local eatery for breakfast.

Not having any type of breakfast meat (I.e. Bacon,sausage) seemed strange. Also, the mirror over the sink protrudes out from the wall in such a way that you cannot plug in a hairdryer into the power outlet by the sink. Seems like an oversight during a remodel.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. I had different reservations and room changes, and they did everything to make the process smooth and stress-free. It was perfect! The rooms are spacious, and the shuttle service is excellent. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly and kind. I highly recommend it!

It was clean and relatively close to the river walk and the Alamo. Parking was well lighted with adequate parking spaces. Room was more spacious than others we stayed at on our road trip, and it was good that the room had the mirror and sink separated from the toilet and shower. The hot breakfast options were a little better than most (loved the little quiche cups).

It was a bit long to walk to the river walk and the Alamo (almost 30 minutes), so we drove instead. The sausages at the breakfast were cold.

Running the hotel shuttle until 10pm. I wasnt able to use it, but they seem to provide the shuttle from and to the Riverwalk, one of the most popular sightseeing in San Antonio, locating in downtown. Room was spacious, bed was clean and cozy. I had trouble with the check in due to the flight schedule, but they handled it smoothly. Staffs are nice and kind.

The shower was not hot enough, a little chilly after the shower. Provided breakfast but not enough space to sit.

The communication between staff members was lacking - if you needed to make a change ( say a earlier shuttle ride to the airport ) its best if you confirm early with the staff that morning to make sure they are aware of the change. That being said - they are very accommodating and all go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of

The breakfast was pentiful. There was a variety of options. In addition, the hotel was close to a supermarket which is very convenient when traveling with family. I like that their shuttle took us to the tourist areas and had designated times to pick us up. I love that they took us to the airport after we checked out.

If I had to nit-pick at one thing, the hallway was a little too chilly. But that's a minor detail. The stay was great. No complaints.
