I liked the check-in process, it was simple and quick. The room was comfortable with a king-size bed, a frig, a microwave, a desk, a night stand with outlets and USB ports! Plenty of space. The AC worked great. The free shuttle to The Riverwalk and Market Square was very convenient. The continental breakfast wasn't just cereal and bagels. It had eggs and sausage, make your own waffles, and milk and juice! I will definitely stay there next time I'm in San Antonio.

I totally enjoyed our stay, but I wish the elevator worked a little quicker.

I arrived at the airport around 1:20pm. The free airport shuttle was nice. They also allowed early check- in. They also provided a shuttle to Market Square and the Riverwalk, though I did not take advantage of this service. I mostly walked to town. It is walking distance to Market Square. There is an entry to the River Walk approximately .3 miles away. There is an H-E-B supermarket about .2 miles if you need to get some groceries. They also provide a decent breakfast.

I think the dining area is a little small so when there's a lot of people getting breakfast, it can be a bit cramped. And for two nights, it got a bit loud. There were over 40 rooms occupied by high school kids for a band competition, if I recall correctly. They were loud even at 11pm in the evening. But I survived that. Other than that, I was fairly satisfied with my stay.

Location was great. Free parking is almost unheard of in San Antonio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the Rivercenter mall and Market Square. Convenient pick up times. Breakfast offerings seemed decent. Although, we ended up eating at a local eatery for breakfast.

Not having any type of breakfast meat (I.e. Bacon,sausage) seemed strange. Also, the mirror over the sink protrudes out from the wall in such a way that you cannot plug in a hairdryer into the power outlet by the sink. Seems like an oversight during a remodel.

It was clean and relatively close to the river walk and the Alamo. Parking was well lighted with adequate parking spaces. Room was more spacious than others we stayed at on our road trip, and it was good that the room had the mirror and sink separated from the toilet and shower. The hot breakfast options were a little better than most (loved the little quiche cups).

It was a bit long to walk to the river walk and the Alamo (almost 30 minutes), so we drove instead. The sausages at the breakfast were cold.

Running the hotel shuttle until 10pm. I wasnt able to use it, but they seem to provide the shuttle from and to the Riverwalk, one of the most popular sightseeing in San Antonio, locating in downtown. Room was spacious, bed was clean and cozy. I had trouble with the check in due to the flight schedule, but they handled it smoothly. Staffs are nice and kind.

The shower was not hot enough, a little chilly after the shower. Provided breakfast but not enough space to sit.

Good location, with the Mexican Market Square, Alamo and Riverwalk in walking distance - the free shuttle was also helpful rather than walking in the evening. The reception team, particularly Kayla, were very friendly and helpful. Parking is free, and we were able to leave our car there both before and after our stay (we arrived before lunch one day, and then left after lunch the following day). Breakfast was OK, although not a huge choice. The bedroom was a decent size, standard facilities for this type of hotel and clean. AC was a bit noisy.

Lots of roadworks around the hotel, which meant a few detours.

The breakfast was pentiful. There was a variety of options. In addition, the hotel was close to a supermarket which is very convenient when traveling with family. I like that their shuttle took us to the tourist areas and had designated times to pick us up. I love that they took us to the airport after we checked out.

If I had to nit-pick at one thing, the hallway was a little too chilly. But that's a minor detail. The stay was great. No complaints.

All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had many questions about the area and they took the time to help us with everything. Everything was very clean and well kept. The shuttle was a life saver, we never would have been able to drive ourselves into town.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The sausage was AWFUL and the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich was a joke. Canadian bacon with american cheese slapped on a hamburger bun and heated until it was hard as a rock. I didn't feel 100 percent safe outside after dark. There were signs that a homeless person could possibly be sleeping there on the side of the building in a little cubby area. Too many people just hanging out in the parking area.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel was really clean especially the bedroom, living area and the bathroom. There was a tv in the living area and the bedroom area as well which was great! The air conditioning and heating worked really well. I’m from London so the heating was needed in the evenings. There was a fridge and a microwave which was a huge bonus! Breakfast was included and this was a lifesaver as I came for a conference and had to leave really early so it was good to be able to grab some before leaving. The staff were friendly. I was really happy about my stay; I did not have any issues as I was provided with all the things I needed. The location was fine as well; only 15-20 minute walk to downtown. I would definitely stay at the hotel if I ever return back to San Antonio, great stay and highly recommended!

Everything was great but I would say maybe more hot meal options for breakfast.

Everything was perfect accept the breakfast. There were plenty of options BUT the food tasted horrible, the eggs looked like they were sitting in 3 cups of water, waffle batter was very watery and after cooking still a little gooey on the inside, the slices of bread was hard as though it had been sitting out for 3 days, the butter was frozen so could not spread it on anything. And the lady working the breakfast area was always in the way. Coffe was waaaay to strong and i could not tell by the packaging what was regular sugar. This is my only complaint...breakfast.
