Quaint small hotel in a great location. Room was a good size with a couple of arm chairs in so had it rained we would have been comfortable staying in the room.

The bed was awful and you felt like you had to cling on to the side or you would roll into the middle. A shame as the room was lovely otherwise. Anyone with OCD or dust allergies might want to avoid as the reception room has more clutter than a car boot sale including Christmas and Easter decorations at the same time! Owner didn't require if we enjoyed our stay or look for any feedback during or after our stay.

Location was perfect and accomidations were superb. A wonderful outside garden sitting area as well as an inside boutique lounge provide all the comforts of home. If you.want to go out exploring (definitly optional) the bay and waterfront shops are a short one minute walk (take a flashlight for the wak back at night). Tried to extend our stay another day but much too popular. Looking forward to our next stay.

The room was cozy, pretty and comfortable. Loved having a basket of continental breakfast items. The gardens were well maintained and I loved being able to walk to the Embarcadero to shop or eat. Also, being able to walk to the Rock was nice too.

Hmmmm, a small trashcan in the room would be nice. There is only one in the bathroom.

Very cute. Nice garden. We had a great view of Morro Rock out of our window. Claudia was super nice, and we really loved having her scones in the morning.

This is a bed and breakfast in the truest sense. We’re sort of new to that experience, but we would return. It was lovely.

Room was very cute garden themed. Location was great-was within walking distance to downtown and embarcadero. Breakfast basket provided by Claudia was perfect energizer before a day of walking.

TV was small and positioned/placed where a bedpost was right in the field of view when lying in bed. Towels in the bathroom were well worn-not soft at all. Did not like using the "community shampoo and conditioner" in the shower.

Where to start? Everything. To be more specific our initial impression upon arriving at the property was the beautiful garden that surrounds the Inn. It is obviously well taken care of & is so welcoming before you even get to the front door. Claudia (the Innkeeper) greeted us at the front door & it was instantly like being welcomed in by an old friend. We enjoyed chatting with her and learning about the Inn & the beautiful garden. Her presence is inviting but not overbearing or awkward. She immediately gave us a tour, showed us to our room. She was there as we came & went but it was never uncomfortable. This was our first time staying at a B&B and it won’t be our last. The breakfast was perfect in size & the coffee was amazing. Our room was perfect. We were in the Rose Room & it was decorated so beautifully. The bed was so comfortable & the sitting area in our room was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. I can go on & on but I’ll stop here.

Marina Street Inn was an exceptional bed and breakfast. The location is centrally located near everythig in Morrow Bay. We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked that the host explained to us how things worked. They allowed us freedom to use the entire house. I would say: "Thank you"

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

I do not come for breakfast when lodging but the Continental breakfast basket helped provide snacking when meals were late when visiting. Felt very safe as an elderly women traveling alone and parking was very convenient. Hostess was the most accommodating in every aspect.

Not really bad things - just not to my preference., The place is more like a B&B since you walk through the host's living area to get to the rooms. The decor is very busy and feels like "Grandma's House".

This B&B Hotel is an excellant place to stay. Ms. Foster , the Inn keeper treats you like family. Each one of her rooms has a theme. The bed was comfortable everthing smelled fresh and clean. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Everything is clean and spotless. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plus she serves a basket of breakfast items for each room. We fell in love with this place. And we hope you go and visit this B&B Hotel.
