The room was very clean and tidy. The location is great, easy to get to town and close to Lidl and other shops. There is also an excellent spa, barely any people in it. The staff is also very helpful and cares about visitors and always greets with a smile. Breakfast was very nice as well, plates were always full with food. Also, the restaurant that is in the hotel cooks very good food, and the price is excellent for such great service. Thank you!

Everything was very good!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room had a lot of space and it was clean. Also the view from the top floor rooms are really nice, mine looked directly at the hills on the Buda side of the city. The breakfast was also good.

The sound isolation was not that great, I woke up to some noises in the night - probably the elevator and also people walking in front of the room. The AC was not working properly, even though it was a night at the end of April, it was uncomfortably warm and the only way to change the temperature was to wait for the night and open the windows.

Room was very nice, clean and tidy and very comfy. There was really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good, also I would say standard for this type of accommodation. Pool and wellness was very nice, we did use saunas, pool and also hot tub. Bus station like 2 minutes from hotel, and Metro station about 15-20 minutes walk. location of the hotel: I would say calm part of Budapest, which was plus for us. Personal at reception desk was nice, and very helpful, all questions answered. I will recommend Rubin Hotel to my friends if they will go to Budapest.

Very nice property with many activities to engage in like bowling etc. Restaurants are also nice. I would definitely recommend it for family but do plan a day or half to explore the property and use the facilities.

When we returned back to our rooms on 2nd day, there were lots of insects/crickets in the room. Was very surprising probably was a one of incident. We asked front desk to change our room which was good but I feel they could have done better like offered help to move the luggage as it was late in the night and we were very tired.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide range of options to choose from that catered to all tastes. The restaurant was also impressive, offering a great selection for both lunch and dinner, along with delicious cocktails and a children's menu, which was perfect for our family. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna complex were a wonderful addition, adding a nice touch to our stay. It was also very convenient to have parking available right in front of the hotel. Overall, a great experience with excellent amenities and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The only downside was that the hotel is a bit out of town, with no shops around, but it's a good, quiet place if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Just keep in mind that a taxi to the city costs around 4,000 Czech kronas.

The room is very spacious and very clean, thanks to the maids. The staff is very professional, attentive and caring 24/7. Varied breakfast, and there is something for everyone. The location is very good, and the center of Budapest is accessible by bus in 10 min. The reservation allowed unlimited access to the SPA and Wellness center, which lived up to expectations, clean and equipped. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay ended, and I had to say goodbye. and it's not possible to give 11 out of 10.

The breakfast was good and tasty. It was nice that there was some variety with the waffels, pancakes etc. The swimming pool area was also great and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The location isn't the best as it is quite some time to get to and into town and the bridge over the busy highway is something one needs to factor in when travelling to and fro but the bus stop was at least close.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a large and very comfortable double bed. The hotel was on the Buda side but 20mins bus ride away from the city centre( Danube river/chain bridge). But the bus stop was right outside the hotel so it was convenient to hop in and out. 24x7 desk which made is easy to catch our 6am return flight.

There was a heat wave of around 28 degrees. But the air con in the room was not cold enough to cool it down.

Nice en-suite rooms .. staff, nice breakfasts. Lovely swimming pool and the massages my wife and I had were really great.

The jacuzzi wasn’t particularly hot, and had a lot of tiles broken or missing. It is a massive shame that the bar / lounge is still not open. That means nowhere for people to sit and relax, have a glass of wine or beer; the restaurant is ok but it’s not comfortable enough to just sit and drink / relax. Please make sure you get the bar / lounge back working.
