breakfast menu selection is simple, but the hot dish selection, preparation & taste is good. Bell service staff are helpful through out and friendly.

Clean, modern looking, Staff was super nice and accommodating. It was right across from the Kia Center where I was going for a concert!

The parking is confusing if you are not using valet. It’s not $25 a day like advertised. If you go out you must pay every time you leave. If I knew that I would have did valet, also AC would stop running and water fill up station is not that cold. Also deposit($100 a night) is a bit steep, I’m still waiting on it to get back into my account

Booked a room here for a concert at the Kia center and we were more than happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, bright, and spacious. The staff was welcoming and nice. We were very impressed when complimentary champagne was poured for concert goers waiting in line for the elevator. The sky bar was a relaxing place to hang before the concert and had incredible views, and breakfast was delicious. The AC Marriott Downtown Orlando exceeded our expectations and honestly wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Fab,clean, comfy, roomy, nicest room I've had in a long time. Just last week I stayed in a Marriott in Pompano and a Double Tree, and the latter was not good. We will defiantly be back here. We ate at "Sky" bar, early dinner (because of Magic), was a bit $$, but we came back for a very nice breakfast. Beautiful stay. Thinking about coming back for my b-day to see "Heart". Very friendly fast valet service. Beds were very comfortable, my hubby forgot to see the name of mattress.

5 year old property but still feels new. Busy bldg. lobby on 18th floor. Marriot quality evident. Great happening lobby and bar on 18th. Indoor outdoor bar with lounge. The bars and cocktails were tasty.

Very close to interstate but sound machines and ear plugs provided. Staff not very friendly. Expected better personable feel. Valet on arrival not great. Breakfast bar expensive- $30. Should have ala carte. There is a small market for packaged food. But offering pastry or bagel or cereal for cheaper alternative would be nice. Skipped breakfast as a result.

Did not have breakfast in this location. However, we enjoyed the Skytop Restaurant with an excellent Sunset Margarita and excellent crispy potatoes, filet, and charcuterie board. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was also the perfect location for the event we were attending (right across the street from the Kia Center)).

The only negative thing I would have to say about the hotel is the beds were hard. However, it is a personal preference. There was also a learning curve with the shower handles (move them in the opposite direction).

Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

Beautiful and clean. Room was big and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Rooftop bar was great with an amazing view of the city. Bartenders were on point with the drinks!!

Location is great, right in the middle of downtown Orlando, across from the Kia Center. However, even being on the 21st floor, the traffic noise was so loud. It felt like we were right on the highway which made sleeping a nightmare.

Staff was amazing, and very accommodating. The place is really nice, great views. Drinks were extremely good, the Mango Smash 10/10. Rooms was clean, modern, overall really good.

Food was overpriced, ordered a mixed grill supposed to have chicken and shrimp, we were served a half chicken breast (extremely dry) and 3 little pieces of shrimp for $38., the potatoes and broccoli were amazing though. You could hear lots of noise from other rooms. Would have loved if the sky bar closed a little later than midnight.

This hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are spacious and the views spot on. The location is great right in the heart of downtown. The rooms are always super clean and the beds sooo comfortable. I love that you don't have to worry about parking either.

I didn't like that I was given a price with tax of $201.? Through booking and then charged something else ( $233.? ). I didn't receive my full deposit back even though I left room spotless like I always do cause I've worked in the hotel business before.
