Nice clean comfortable hotel for a short trip to Madinah Munawwara. They gave us a junior suite which was very spacious. The housekeeping staff was courteous and helpful. The gate 326 of masjid e nabawi was only at 6 minutes walk and so was the shopping area and other restaurants. The breakfast was quite good and appealing. Overall our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Washrooms need to be upgraded little bit. Room furniture like table and chairs were not enough according to the space of the room. Lighting in room and washroom should be improved.

The location was good as it's nearby to Haram just few steps away.. Staff were very cooperative because when we checked in the hotel we dint like the room size but upon our concern they immediately changed our room and made sure we are happy and comfortable.. Although the Reception is crowded at day time but still they didn't ignore our request.. so over all the Hospitality was very professional.. the staff on the reception and the housekeepers were excellent and made sure to provide fast service without wasting much time... My family had a very good time staying at the hotel and we made some memorable memories InshAllah we will book them again in the future..

The room size was small so we had to change it..

I stayed with my family. We were total 5. Got Executive Suit at Level 12. The stay was all very comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good and at a very convenient distance both for males and especially females. Its about 7 minutes walk and you are in the Holy Masjid from Gate 17 (for males). Enroute you can find all sorts of items from food to groceries to gifts etc. Aircon and WiFi were very good. 6 elevators didn't pose any delay in commuting for prayers 5 times a day. Excellent, polite, humble and cooperative staff. Hygiene and cleaning was also excellent. Concerning staff was very helpful. To mention Mr Anik, was exceptional to provide housekeeping, cleaning services and as a floor master or in-charge. I extend my gratitude to the management to accommodate us in all respects. I also request to please keep in mind its 4 Star Hotel and i can assure it will offer a home like stay. Insha-ALLAH Colonel Aamir Mufti (Retired)

Its my strong wishe that management may place someone at reception desk with complete understanding of English language. Secondly as the mezzanine floor is opened to ground floor at main entrance, the food aroma or smell creates an unpleasant feeling. Management is requested to close this link thereby no smell of foid should be at entrance. Thanks

Staff was great and helpful. Room service team was exceptional. The location was perfect. The value for the price at this hotel was the best part.

Since the cafeteria is right above the lobby you can smell the food a bit and that’s not the most pleasant for the lobby. This was a minor issue for us since the time spent in the lobby was typically less than a minute.

Overall I am satisfied with the hotel. Worth the money for those who are on low budget. Just 5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi (to gate 326). The only negative feedback is I could not access any tv channels. All of the channel is black & white screen. As for the safe box, I could not lock it as it is spoiled. Other than that, the buffet is basically nice. Just a simple asian dishes. All the staffs are friendly & helpful! Thank you once again Deyar Al-Eiman hotel. Will consider to book this hotel again for my next visit in Madinah next time.

Hotel was clean, room was decent size, had movenpick as my view, stayed on 12th floor, housekeeping was done by MD Anik. Room was cleaned to a very good standard daily. Friendly staff. Lifts easily accessible. Iron available on request. Close to Haram on the women's entrance 16 and 13

The room cleanliness, space and location of the hotel was perfect. Literally 5 minute walk to Masjid-e-Nabvi and plenty of food & transport options close by.

The only thing that I didn't like was the poor Wifi connection. It wont connect most of the times and when it did, the speed was very slow.

The hotel is very close to the mosque, barely a 5 minute walk and very close to the women’s section. We used gate 326 to enter. There are loads of shops nearby, which was nice. We booked 3 rooms, we were split on two different floors at first but changed one room the next day and were given rooms opposite each other. Staff were nice. I would stay here again just for the location.

The rooms are very small and rooms were not cleaned even when asked. And people sit and smoke outside the hotel, so there is a very weird smell outside and inside the hotel. There are only 6 lifts, so you can imagine how busy they get. I once waited 30 minutes for a lift.

It was excellent and very pleasant stay except one small incident.

The security Saad AlHarbi was very rude and disrespectful. I booked the hotel to avail the parking space. Although there was plenty of vacant slots, Saad AlHarbi was not allowing me to park and lying that parking is full. Later another security personnel Sultan helped me to park with coordination of other reception staff. This guy Saad is ruining the reputation of an excellent hotel.

Very friendly staff, allowed early check in as my flight arrived early and I had business meeting online so helped with delayed checkout as well. Room service is excellent, whenever i needed anything they responded immediately mainly Hassan Raja and Wahed, they were very polite and provided with anything i need in the room in just 2 minutes.

There was variety in the breakfast puffet, however the quality could be better. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the haram, however ad i has knee and ankle problem this was little bit challenging as there us only 5 min between the Azan snd the Iqama which means I had to walk fast to reach just in time.
