property was so central and so quiet. Pool area and bar were spotlessly clean as were the apartments. Beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus . kitchen well equipped and cleaners were brilliant. Right beside a spar and handy access to the strip . Straight across the road from the beach .

We stayed down the steps .. only niggle I had was that the balcony’s / terraces on the steps were not private . You had your neighbours straight across and a steady stream of people passing on the steps . It was fine as we got to know our neighbours When I book again I’ll request a room around the pool .

An excellent location ,opening on to the Promenade yet there is no noise carrying into the property. High standard of facilities throughout the complex. Pool are is immaculate and no nonsense about claiming sun beds at 6am. The buildings look “traditional Lanzarote@!outwardly and fresh and modern inside . We stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow . Loads of living space , private terrace with a parasol , table &chairs . All bungalows are tiered down the steps leading to the Promenade/Strip .ALL have a proper sea view from the terrace .. This year was our 3rd stay there . It’s always going to be our 1st choice of accommodation in Puerto Del Carmen . The staff are all so friendly, reception staff member hung on past her shift to ensure we were in and settled on our arrival date (late Sunday night ) Beach towels for hire from reception (not silly money either). We were also able to have fresh rolls daily and bottled water delivered right to our door . We just love Playamar - cannot praise it highly enough.

The most beautiful bungalow, in the BEST location, with directions access to the strip and beach (but SO quiet and peaceful) From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a spotlessly clean place, with every facility you need, if you wish to self cater. The pool area was stunning, and beds always available, whatever time of the day. The pool was heated. They even allowed us to stay on in the bungalow, on our last day, as our flight was in the evening. Thank you so much, that was very kind, and helped us enjoy our last day to the full. A definite 10/10 experience.

the cleaning staff laid my Pajamas out on the bed everyday which I didn’t like. I know they meant no harm by it, I just don’t like people touching my things as my apartment was robbed in a different country before

Perfect location, our bungalow (room 17) was about 20 steps from the main strip of shops and restaurants, directly opposite the beach. Room had a private terrace with sea view. Everything you could possibly need in the room, cleaned daily and towels changed every other day. Plenty of room around the pool to sunbath, with the option of renting sun beds for your terrace but not needed as always a bed by the pool available. Beach towels hired for the week which cost €6. Pool bar was fantastic, serving pizza, toasties, burgers etc. All staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and attentive, we had a late flight and they allowed us to keep the room as long as we needed free of charge as no one needed it the next day.

The bed was a little too firm for us, as were the pillows. Would be good to keep some extra pillows in the room in case needed.

Very comfortable,clean with everything anyone would need. Great central location yet very quiet in the evening.The staff were more than helpful and friendly.We hope to book again later in the year it was so good. We usually book a package holiday but this first trial booking has certainly made us think twice.Do what you want, when you want and as you want, 100% enjoyed, thank you all!!.👍

Nothing, it was top class, we had a bungalow and for me with walking disability it was ideal.

The apartment was modern, spacious, very clean and plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen area, large bathroom and comfy beds, we also had a lovely large balcony which we made great use of. The pool area was also great, large and plenty of sun beds. Towels can be rented for a small fee from reception which was great. The bar/restaurant by the pool was also good and reasonably priced. The apartments are also centrally located which was great All in all we had a fabulous holiday, staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The quality of the apartment and pool area was first class, the staff were more than helpful. The cleaning staff ensured the apartment and pool area were cleaned to a very high standard. The pool side bar and restaurant was of a very high standard, the quality of the food and the attention provided by the couple was exceptional. The evening meal menu (ordered in advance) is well worth having, especially the fresh fish of the day great value. We were very lucky to get a cancellation for Playamar apartments. These apartments are booked out months in advance with repeat yearly reservations.

The property is in a great location, well maintained and has lovely staff. Big thank you to the lady at reception who was so good regarding our taxi to the airport. Beach is just across the road.

There was nothing to dislike, but be aware there are steps in the property if you have elderly people or those with mobility problems. Also could see sunbed wars in peak season as the pool area looks bigger in the pictures than it is. Some protectors for the sun loungers would be nice as they are hard to lye on.

I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!

There is absolutely nothing to complain about it. Everything was perfect! I could say that the pillows were not fluffy enough for me, but again, this is nothing! Especially because my family didn't think the same, and I think I might be picky ;)
