Nathalie was a dream host, we were originally booked for two nights however the National Strike in Belgium forced us to move our travel plans and depart Brussels a day earlier. When we spoke to Nathalie about it she was very quick to respond and very accomodating, helping us to alter our booking through Booking.com. The room itself was modern, spacious and well-equipped. The B&B was located on a quiet street however was a quick walk to plenty of dining options and the Grand Place. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Lovely and helpful host, answered all our questions quickly and prepared a great breakfast. The place is old (noisy floor when walking) but renovated with good taste and comfortable. Zara home bathroom products were great. Heating working perfectly. Good location to the city centre.

Don't recommend walking there from gare du midi, take a bus, metro or taxi (and be careful in every station). But from the accomodation to the city centre is quick and nice!

The host, Nathalie, gives a sense of care to the whole of the B&B so that it is a pleasure to stay. The room was large, clean and tranquil. The breakfast was thoughtful and tasty. It felt like a bit of home in Brussels.

It would not be a good place to stay with heavy luggage or a problem with stairs. That was not a problem for me, but the rooms are all up a couple of flights.

It was very clean. We left a mess in the room and came back to find she had straightened everything up. Everything folded and neatly put away. Breakfast was good . Served nicely in breakfast room. Convenient to Grand Place.

It was warm in the room. Unseasonably warm outside. Host was very sweet but quiet. We could not speak French.

- breakfast at the same table with strangers - if we didn't come to breakfast first, there wasn't enough food left for us - the owner sat not far from us throughout breakfast - during cleaning they opened our window and forgot to close it, when we came in the evening it was very cold in the room - mine and my friend's towel were switched between them when cleaning... I don't like to wipe myself in a towel after someone else has used it - the room was missing a trash can

Good welcome and advice about local eating places: Nordsee seafood and local beer served there excellent. Good, convenient location for exploring central Brussels on foot. Quiet, comfortable room at rear with comfortable bed, good ventilation and walk—in shower. Help with carrying suitcases up the 2 long flights of narrow, steep stairs to room was appreciated. Excellent, extensive breakfast.

Could have done without the thunderstorm and torrential rain on the morning of the first day of our stay! Didn’t like that! But can’t hold anyone to blame for that!

the location is quiet close to the center like a 15 minutes walk but there are still cafes and restaurants around the B&B who served dinner till 10. Breakfast was nice, simple and small and the host served it herself. the room was well decorated and there were Zara soaps and toiletries in the bathroom which were so nice.

I expected a better breakfast and a small private table, as we shared the breakfast and the table with other guests. Most of the time I don't feel like socializing in the mornings, even though there were nice people residing there but it is something personal and maybe some people like it.

Was met with the warmest welcome after a long day travelling, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. Not far from the station or the centre, and I felt safe here as a solo female traveller. The breakfast was fantastic too, a great start to each day. Would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to return in the future! Thank you so much! 😊

Liked the breakfast a lot, the host lady was very kind, location is great to discover Brussels on foot.

No big issues, altogether pleased with the place. The room we got was a little smaller than expected, but probably i was wrong with my expectations. Very clean in general, but some hard to reach spots (e.g the fan in the bathroom) could be cleaned more regularly.

The property was located near the city centre. Lovely rooms with own bathroom and toilet. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Our host was very hospitable providing us with a lovely continental breakfast and the offer of more if we wanted it. Rooms were cleaned each day. It was a pleasure to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend B&B 36
