Very Central to everything we wishes to visit and see. Lovely self contained serviced apartments with kitchen facilities - friendly staff, near to bars and restaurants - short walk from the markets

Our room faced the back of the hotel so we were looking at bins and a carpark, that wouldn't have been so bad given we knew we had a limited view room and we were only sleeping there but the bins got emptied around 6.30am so you could hear the bin wagons and staff emptying bottles into the bins. This was the only downside to this hotel but the price we paid was excellent so can't complain too much. Just be aware and request a room not overlooking the back

The size of the room, it was very spacious and the interior design is nice.

There was not any drinking water in the room. The blinds are hard to close fully in order to keep out the light in the morning.

Very central location and it was an aparthotel, tidy we kitchen good size bedroom and bathroom and clean. I couldn’t believe I’d never came across it before, considering I stay in Belfast quite a bit and it’s been open I believe since 2017. The staff very friendly and welcoming and if you needed anything very helpful.

Nothing really to complain about, perhaps they don’t have the normal breakfast options that you might expect from a good hotel, but they have a restaurant attached with an adequate breakfast menu if you want.

The location was perfect, extremely easy to get around and use transit. Loved that it's like a little flat with all "home" type amenities including a kitchenette and sitting area, nice and spacious! Also LOVED the staircase!

I actually walked right by the entrance and had to backtrack. The entrance is kind of in a laneway, easy to miss!! The room was also dark. There is no overhead light in the room; there is a lamp in the sitting area (away from the bed) and bedside lights, but not enough light for the room (for me). This was more of an issue when it wasn't sunny or in the evenings.

I was on the 4th floor and my room had a nice view. It had a very modern warehouse feel, with wooden floors. The addition of a small kitchen was a nice bonus although only staying for 2 nights I didn't use. However, I noticed it was very well stocked, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc and also a small mini safe. There was fresh milk in the fridge which was useful for the tea and coffee which was provided. There was a hairdryer, (and a socket near the mirror!!) iron and ironing board. The 'Amelia' bar attached to the hotel was a vibrant place for a drink and it also provided breakfast.

Everything - reception staff very helpful, especially when I needed to change rooms. Cleaning staff extremely thorough, rooms were serviced daily. Location central, which was helpful for what we wanted to do, eg hop on/ off bus to Titanic, GC bus etc.

The staff in the restaurant attached were incredibly unfriendly, bordering on rudeness. We were a mixed-age group that included three elderly/ disabled people, and we once decided to sit in the bar for a drink before going elsewhere to eat. We made it clear we were only staying briefly, but the staff were extremely unwelcoming and actually interrupted us twice to say we were disturbing people nearby eating their pizza. I realise our group was not the desired age demographic for them, but I was quite shocked at the attitude towards us. Thankfully, this was the only time in Belfast that week experienced such hostility.

Room was just perfect for a couple, Ned was very comfortable and full equipped kitchen that help us to save some money eating out. Just 4 minutes walk to main tran station and express busses going to airport every 15 mins was a plus. Close to all main sites. Plenty of places to eat as well supermarket to buy groceries.

The tedious and invasive way to ask for personal information at on poin I received an email stating that if I did not pre check in with credit card and picture ID my reservation was going to be canceled even though I when through that process through booking and already paid in full good money for this room. I was only a day away from reservation and was scared I wasn't able to get the room I reserved three months prior. That was unnecessary step. I was even afraid this was a scam to steal my personal information, but it turned out fine, I guess, hope...

The location is fantastic!! Right in the middle of the city and so close to all of the key landmarks. The customer service was excellent, and check in was so easy. The rooms themselves were modern, comfortable and spacious. They were well equipped and perfect for a weekend away.

If you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep with no noise, you might want to ask for a room not on the street. It was very loud as it was right in the middle of the city. Although this did not bother us, we know that other people would be. The only thing that could be improved was to have some privacy curtains in the room. The buildings are high and close together, we could see into the church across the way and they could see us!

Really nice hotel, super comfortable bed and lovely staff who couldn’t be more friendly/helpful! :) The location is amazing, so central and walking distance to town centre and loads of great restaurants, shops etc. The kitchen in the room is really handy and the bathroom is nice and modern. We really loved it and definitely would stay again! It’s everything we wanted and more for a perfect city break!

Nothing really! The fabric of the sofa in the room was a bit stained but we just didn’t use it (no need to) - everything else including the bed was spotlessly clean! :) Also, noise from the street does travel into the rooms (it’s a central location!) so bring earplugs if sensitive!

Booked originally because of the close proximity to the Grand Opera House. It was also convenient for Grand Central Station (we were travelling by train) & for the city centre & lots of tourist attractions. The room was very well equipped & laid out & was absolutely spotless. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful & good humoured. We would love to come back for a longer stay & avail of the lovely kitchenette, laundry room etc.

We liked everything really. The only thing I could fault is the signage for finding the entrance as we passed it by a couple of times before finding our way in.
