a beautiful and romantic hotel in the city center. excellent breakfast and nice staff. The rooms were very nicely furnished and there was a bathtub in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed in the room.

Beautiful historic building nicely renovated.

Although the hotel looked far from full, we were given a room on the 3rd floor facing the side street that was both uncomfortably warm (their AC was not working - we were told too early in the season) forcing us to leave the windows open and extremely noisy (a group of young people were taking very loudly under our windows until 2am). When mentioning it to the front desk the next day prior to our departure we were suggested to ask for a room facing the patio on our next stay. Clearly the problem was well known but we were assigned that room regardless.

Great location in the heart of the historic district. Lovely courtyard to relax and unwind while enjoying a beverage from the bar. The staff was quite helpful with dining suggestions & directions and room service was very polite.

The initial access to parking was, despite the hotel's preemptive efforts, very very confusing and necessitated an SOS call to the hotel for more specific guidance one we were in the immediate vicinity. But, they gave us the assistance we needed to park and then walk the short distance to the hotel. Once you have your bearings with the parking garage & hotel, it is very simple.

The location is very convenient if you are arriving by car. The hotel provided all the details on how to arrive, where to park including the discount for the secured and covered parking beforehand. The room was spacious and super clean, had all the amenities needed and complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea and water were much appreciated. We also greatly appreciated the staff's courtesy and availability on all our requests. The breakfast was good with big variety of cold and menu with hot dishes if anyone interested, though we would appreciate more vegan options e.g., pastries, yoghurt, etc. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep, also with very quiet environment despite the central location. The hotel provide discount for the parking and various tours, which was nice. We also borrowed umbrellas and we could leave the luggage for a couple of hours with no problem. The marmalade greeting gift from the staff was a nice touch too! Definitely would recommend and will stay again if find great deals as it is a little pricey.

There is no much really, but the internal beautiful courtyard probably need some refreshing touch as we were looking forward to to see its beauty, but found it rather lacking some attention/maintenance e.g., flowers and plants, etc.

We liked the location very much - very close to canal and literally to all interesting/beautiful places, on the other side inner yard of the hotel is like an island of calmness and silence in so busy area. It was not easy to get there by car, therefore first of all I left car in the public parking place and then reached hotel by walking. Extremely kind customer service. Breakfast is different, I wouldn't say that we had so many options to choose however it was definitely enough and it was nice to stay longer in breakfast place and do not hurry. So my best recommendations for this hotel.

Rooms are a bit dark, but that's a small issue.

Reception/check-in experience was very well organized. Luggages were placed in our room & all information were shared on spot. Inside the room we had welcoming treats to sweeten our stay. The hotel itself was in Christmas mood with outdoor decorations & lights, even before we head towards the magical Strasbourg. Location of the hotel is perfect with walking distance to all Christmas Markets including the astonishing Cathedral. No doubt, we will plan to visit Strasbourg again & sure we will prefer to repeat our experience at Cour du Corbeau.

A renovated historical building and a good quality boutique hotel. Central but quiet and peaceful location. The staff is friendly. We had a fast check-in and check-out. We stayed in a large room (prestige room) with two children aged 8 and 11. We liked the room decoration. The bed was super comfortable. We had a great sleep. We loved the breakfast. It is served in a room that can be considered small, but all the products are of good quality and very delicious. The hotel does not have a parking lot. However, there is a parking lot close to the hotel and they sent a detailed message to my phone about the location of the parking lot before our stay. Thanks to this information, we parked the car in the parking lot. We walked a short distance with our suitcases and easily found the hotel.

I can only criticize the price.

Room was well-equipped with espresso machine, tea pot, minibar, comfy bed and smart use of otherwise limited space (historical building). Good noise insulation, bedlinen quality with thick and soft pillows and blanket. Staff was ultra friendly and professional, excellent service attitude and approach!

In-room climate management was weak - temperature didn't warmed-up enough through the night, TV is mostly French channels (albeit it is smart TV), breakfast area was super packed and continental breakfast only. These days in November hotel inner yard was surprisingly dark and not illuminated, looks a bit like a black-hole when approaching from outside in.

A little tricky to access but the messages received from the hotel staff a few days earlier were right on the money. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. Nicely decorated in a pretty old building (Frederick the Great and the famous French writer Voltaire used to sleep there), the atmosphere is warm and cosy. Very nice and helpful staff (we had quite a lot of luggage). The room is well decorated. The bed/sheets were awesome. Super clean room and bathroom. Lots of restaurants nearby. 5 mins from the cathedral and other landmarks. They do not have a parking garage but there is an underground parking in the next street (24 euros/day).

We booked a deluxe room, 32 m2 but we end up with a small room, probably around 18-20 m2, certainly not what was described as the Deluxe room on Booking.com Cheaper breakfast (WAY too expensive! Get out of the hotel, plenty of café and bakeries for a WAY cheaper breakfast).

Great location on the river-front. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful with advice and bookings. Concierge was fantastic. The room was really comfortable and spacious, though we did enjoy a free upgrade. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a his/hers vanity set up.

There were issue with the toilet not flushing very effectively and the temperature control was minimal. Access by car was really difficult with no parking due the hotel being right on the river-front walk.
