Our stay at this property was a bit of a rollercoaster. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unwelcome surprise—cockroaches scurrying about. The TV refused to connect to the Wi-Fi despite multiple efforts by the attendant, and the washroom jet remained unfixed even after several reminders. That said, I’d still consider staying here again, and here’s why: the location is absolutely unbeatable! Nestled among a variety of fantastic restaurants, it’s the perfect base for food lovers. The staff were incredibly kind and polite throughout, and even though we arrived at 4 AM, the check-in was smooth and hassle-free—something we were truly grateful for. Also, the prices are very reasonable for budget travelers. The one disappointment was during check-out: at exactly 12:05 noon, while we were still putting on our shoes, the electricity to the room was cut off. I’m not sure if this is a standard practice in Malaysia, but if it is, I apologize for the slight delay. Despite the hiccups, the positives make me hopeful that our next stay here will be a better experience!

I like that the location is strategic very near to KL Sentral. It's very comfortable, the bed is soft. The shower has hot water, the hotel also give you two packets of coffee and two bottle of minerals. The toilet is not thatt spacious but it's good enough.

The lack of mirror. There are two mirrors to be exact one in the bathroom and one very small rectangular one beside the tv. The problem is that, the mirror is blocked by the tv table so it's not as accommodating. The one in the bathroom is okay altho a bit tall. There arent much space to pray as well but that is not really smtg to worry about if u aint muslim.

Strategic Location: The hotel is very close to KL Sentral station, making transportation access very easy and convenient. Reception Service: The receptionists, especially the male staff, were very friendly and helpful, leaving a positive impression of the hotel's service. Affordable Price: Considering the very strategic location, the price offered by this hotel is very affordable and provides good value for money.

Noisy Rooms: The walls of the room were very thin, so I could hear noise from the adjacent room, especially when they turned on the water in the bathroom. This was quite disruptive to my sleep. Housekeeping: My room was not cleaned during the three nights I stayed. This was very disappointing as cleanliness is an important aspect of the hotel experience. Insufficient Amenities: There were no toothbrushes or bath soap provided in the room. Additionally, drinking water was only provided on the first day. Overall, although there are some shortcomings, particularly in terms of cleanliness and room amenities, Hotel EuroLife still offers a very strategic location and friendly service at an affordable price.

The location is the most valueable place. Just a walking distance for shopping, public transport- that can reach tourist hotspot & eating places. Bonus point, we just found out there are many massage services along the road by the blind community.

The single bed in the room I stayed consider has reach the "service limit".

Everything from the customer service to my room is just nice! The staff are super friendly. I checked out early, and they still let me leave my luggage at the lobby as I wanted to walk around the area first. Room was great! Everything is provided ^^

I booked a room for 2 and it was quite small😅 As a muslim, it's quite hard to find a space to perform my prayer.

Location near KL sentral, hence, very convenient. The staff very friendly and helpful.

There are some "knocking" sounds at the wall of the room, maybe due to aircond pipe or other pipe issues. Insufficient amount of toilet tissue paper for three persons within 2 nights.

Really want to thank you for all staff 🙏 Euro Life Hotel really friendly ,they name I want to mention: Eurolife hotel manager ,mam sharmin she is really very humble and kind ...The receptionists,Kumari and zahirul they really very supportive and do their work very quick and give me I super duper room that's room is 104 ...that room really beautiful , that room got newly painted for saw also very nice and positive vibes 👍 the toilet all very net clean ... nothing to said just I can said thank you for the house keeping ,and I want to mention their name also : Ali , Shaidul , Jakir , salluddin,masud to you all big thank you guys make the room very clean ..Great location ,The best stay ever ,The environment was pleasant and welcoming ,Both check in and check out were professionally handled and easy .I highly recommend this hotel for anyone,came to Euro Life Hotel really the service was exceptional .can bring your kids and family for holiday or stay at Euro Life Hotel near mall , restaurant and extra..I will came again and thank you for your great hospility.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Alaxis. What an excellent customer service provided by Kalim , he was always willing to help and provided service with a smile, a great guy. Will stay here again only because of Kalim and her customer service.

Near to 24hours convenience store, walking distance to kl sentral within 3minutes. Got mamak restaurant everywhere, easy access to nu sentral, lrt/monorail.

The pillows. Ada stain dekat pillow. Looks like they didnt change or memang macam tu.

Some of room facilities are lacking in term of safety.. Windows latch is missing, bathroom door knob has sharp edges, heater (shower) knob is leaking.. no holder/hanger to hold towel.. air-condition is leaking.
