The location was excellent literally across the street from Fatima shrine. Very clean fantastic staff and breakfast buffet superb. If you want the softer pillows look in the closet. The bathrooms are exceedingly clean as are the rooms. I would recommend this location to all. Restaurants and cafes to suit every taste in the area

The location was perfect. We came to Fatima for a few days to visit the Sanctuary. The hotel is actually right beside the Sanctuary. Breakfast was perfect.great selection of meat/cheeses. Lots of fruit. Happy with eggs. The room was a nice size. Beautiful clean sheets and bed clothes. Bathroom excellent. Great view

There was nothing that we didn’t like everything was great.

Location: walking distance from the drop off point of FlixBus. You just have to drag your suitcase on the cobblestones... The hotel is located across the basilica of the Holy Trinity . Hotel is ideal location because one just has to cross the street and the sanctuary is right there. Perfect location for the 9:30 P.M procession or 6:30 AM mass. The hotel offers massage services. It was just the best! Worth it. Thank you

Fruit at breakfast was delicious and excellent quality. Breakfast is monotonous for a five day stay. Bread and pastries were not replenished. Run out of some items at 9am.

Bedroom on the side of main street very noisy as it was the meeting place for busses and coaches pick up and drop off. Passengers very noisy and vehicles running noises until late at night.

If you are coming to see the Shrine, the location is unbeatable! You walk out the door and are at the entrance to the Shrine grounds. It is also at a stop for the little town train that takes you to the 3 children’s homes and the Way of the Cross. The room was excellent with plenty of space, comfortable beds, well supplied bathroom and patio with an amazing view of the Sanctuary. (Be sure to request, as not all rooms have view!) We had breakfast included and it was excellent with both American style hot choices and European style cold meats and cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits! We had one dinner including drinks in the hotel and it was excellent and reasonably priced. Special Compliments to the restaurant servers, the housekeepers and the entire staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with our room door lock and they immediately fixed it. The front desk person Carla was helpful in coordinating a driverto view many other religious sites near Fatima!

If I could add one thing, it would be hot water pots in in the rooms for coffee and tea. Although there are many cafes in the area, it would be nice to have coffee in your room or on patio.

When finished the dinner went to the bar and there was no one serving. Then noticed the same staff that was at the restaurant later was at the bar. No one can stay at the 2 places at the same time. Waited 1 hour to be served at the bar. Bottom line the hotel should have a permanent staff at the bar.

This is an excellent location for a pilgrimage to the Fatima sanctuary. The hotel is right next door to the entrance of the sanctuary. The hotel staff were friendly. The room and bathroom size were bigger than I was expecting for a single guest. Housekeeping was excellent. They cleaned the room daily and always had a smile on their face each time I met them on my way out of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. There was an option to pay for dinner if you do not want a half board, but unfortunately, this option was a la carte rather than buffet so exploring different local meals can be expensive. A staff recommendation for an Italian dessert was excellent. Overall, I think this hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel location was extremely brilliant as we were not in a position to walk long journeys to the Bacilica etc. the staff were absolutely professional, helpful and courteous. The hotel atmosphere was relaxed and happy

We cannot complain about any of the hotel facilities as they were excellent. The staff, the atmosphere, etc. If we can make a small suggestion re shower facilites in the bathrooms, it is so much safer and accessable to have walk in showers available in preferance to shower facilites using the bath shower option.

Excellent location, close to bus terminal and the Shrine of Fatima. Good breakfast with variety of spread. Clean rooms.

The staff at the bar looked very overworked and tired. Not a smile and did not show any willingness to serve.

close to destination of Fatima and shops. the room were cozy and clean. the bathroom was a good size. the mattress was comfy to lay on. staff was accommodating throughout our stay

kept having problems with our room keys. we booked three rooms and each had a problem with the keys trying to get into our room, so had to go down to reception a number of times. the bathroom taps were too small and close to the back of the sink so uncomfortable to wash hands properly the breakfast buffet was basic and not much choice. so we went out to eat to fill our stomach
