The room was super clean which was very impressive. Great fluffy towels. Garden & pool area were lovely and we wish we had more time to be able to use the facilities. Reception & cleaning staff friendly and informative. The location was great - easy access to coastal walking tracks, whale watching and excellent Shelly Beach cafe. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Would recommend Ballina Beach Resort to family & friends.

The bar & restaurant were no longer functioning due to staffing issues which was a shame. Reception staff indicated they're looking to rectify that in the coming future which would be a positive for the Resort. Small issue with ants on the ceiling in the bathroom which didn't cause us any issues.

Fabulous place to stay and absolutely perfect for our weekend at the Bluesfest with our family of 7. Its location is so great by the beach and bike path to Lennox (with bikes available for use), comfortable and spacious rooms, superb facilities, a tennis court, pool spa and sauna and free EV changing. We just loved it and with welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff we will definitely be back. Really really recommend it.

Absolutely nothing.

Very convenient to our bicycle trip. The trail goes right past the door. The rooms have a nice outlook onto pleasant gardens.

There is no longer any restaurant at the property. Maybe it is no economic to run it during winter when we were there. We got takeaways from Capiche Restaurant 500 metres away. which were excellent. Belle General Cafe 1100 metres away along the bike path was also excellent for breakfast.

When we arrived the staff were very lovely n very helpful as we haven’t been in this area before 👍 beautiful tropical gardens everywhere so peaceful ☺️ pool alittle old but well taken care of plenty of seating n shade 👍 our room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room.. we are looking forward to going here again

Loved the location,gorgeous tropical feel,only across the park to the beach. Our room was clean,fresh with a beachy update,lovely sliding door to a front verandah overlooking a tropical garden. Has a beautiful holiday vibe.

Only little thing was our fridge was a little noisy,and was more noticeable when going to sleep. Hardly worth mentioning as everything was great.

First room allocated was large and airy with good fittings except for the lighting. Second room was very different in style and well fitted out with good lighting - very good info about site offered at check in and lighting problem handled well

Ist room allocated had poor lighting -- only 1 lamp out of a mere 3 was working - it could not be fixed on the day so was offered a swap to completely different room which was also much better car parking

Location was great. Close to everything, but still nice and peaceful.

Had a very long wait to use the spa, due to people using it for themselves for hours! ... but it wouldn't stop me from coming back! Not the Resorts fault, just people being selfish. Internet was a bit slow so YouTube on the TV was dropping out. Only bothered my 12 year old son!

We loved the decor of the rooms. The beds were so comfortable. The pool area was absolutely beautiful! The day beds were great. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

It was an absolute shame that the beautiful front cafe isn't being used. Being a little further out of town, it would have Been great to grab breakfast or light lunches, eg..a toasted sandwich or hot dogs, hot chips ect. Also to be able to grab a beer in the late avo and sit in the area would have been great. It's stunning and completely wasted. It's a money making dream.

we had a spa king room which is ideal for a couple. bit more expensive but more space as they were happy for us to keep our electric bikes in the room. well established gardens, quite private, we used the tennis court and pool.

only criticism for us was the pillows too thick. great for sitting up to read but not for sleeping

I loved the fact that this resort was so close to the beach, just a short walk but not impacted by the noise of the surf. I loved the wonderful linens and the brilliant bed. I loved the spa bath. The room 240 was extremely spacious and well priced.

The pool looks a little tired and needs a bit of a fix up, as does the flooring around the pool.
