Well where do I even start with Noosa River Retreat! Perfect location just a 2 minute walk to the harbour and boat stop. Lots to do there you can hire a boat, kayaks and paddle boards, 10 minute drive to main beach and the national parks. Our apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed, felt like home we were so comfortable. Cole’s not too far away so you can buy all you need for your stay. The pools looked beautiful however we didn’t use it as there was so much to do we didn’t get chance! Kate and Geoff were so helpful, giving us tips of where to go and what to do when we arrived. We unfortunately had to call them late one evening and they came straight away and sorted everything out. We cannot thank them enough for our perfect stay!

Great outdoor pool with loungers just steps from our door. The room was huge, with great sleep amenities, a lovely living room with dining table, couch and tv. Able to make our own meals and lots of refrigerator space. Our hosts were super helpful when we wanted to book a 2nd night unexpectedly and accommodated us in the same room.

There's nothing the property could do about it, but it is a very quick turn off the roundabout, to get into the property, especially when the left lane is merging into the right at the same moment you must turn left into the property. This place exceeded our expectations and we will be back.

The apartments were clean, comfortable, and in a great location—a perfect base for exploring Noosa. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.

There are a lot of warning signs everywhere, which gives off a slightly strange vibe, almost as if guests here frequently break the rules. It felt a bit excessive. Also, the reception closes at 4 PM, so we unfortunately couldn’t rent bikes as planned. Another downside is that bike rentals and beach towels cost extra, which could easily be included to improve the guest experience.

Beautifully maintained, immaculate gardens and pool area. Apartment was modern, stylish, comfortable and spotless. It was also very reasonably priced. Pool is a good size, and the water as a good temperature!

I can’t fault it. It isn’t right on the river, or Hastings St, but that is reflected in the price, and it is only a few mins walk. Around 10-12 mins to the river, and you could walk to Hastings in about 40 mins all completely flat & residential ( or take the ferry from the river). There are also a couple of great cafes & restaurants 5 min walk away, and supermarket 5 min walk.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kate and Geoff were both so friendly and helpful. The apartment was so clean, modern, well kept and the bed was so comfortable! The apartment has everything you need! The apartment also comes with an allocated parking space which is handy if you want to rent a car while in Noosa. The outdoor pool was also very clean and there was a good amount of sun loungers by the pool. We really loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough. You won’t be disappointed!

We were very lucky to be upgraded to the superior apartment which was beautiful spacious and very comfortable and had a view of the pool from our apartment. Everything was extremely clean and kitchen well equiped. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the resort was very quiet even though fully booked. Noosa river only a 10 minute walk where there are lots of restaurants. Quite a-few supermarkets around the area and only a few minutes drive away and Noosa about 8 minutes away by car.

She answered all my questions and recommended nice places to go for drinks or a meal. - 10 min walk from the ferry to go to Noosa. - Close to supermarkets, restaurants and marina. - Apartment well-appointed with everything you need to cook. - Good value for money. - The garden is beautiful.

- Before booking I read in the comments that the road behind the accommodation was noisy. We were not really bothered by the it and we did not really notice the noise.

We were met on arrival by the very welcoming host who guided us to the lockbox they placed our keys in prior, in case we arrived out of hours. The property exceeded our expectations and the interior of the accommodation was surprising, in a very good way! Clean, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. We will be choosing to stay here again over the much more expensive and well-known accommodation providers

That we only booked one night!

The fact it was quiet and catered for couples only was very pleasing. Our room was at the end of the unit block and felt quite secluded and private. I also liked the decor and the layout of the unit. The gardens were lovely maintained and the pool area was tidy and clean and also very easily accessed from our unit. In fact the entire complex was very tidy. Kate was very personable and happy to help us with dining suggestions. The location helps with easy access to shops, restaurants and an easy stroll to the river. Will seriously consider returning:)

Everything! our room/suit was a great size, being in front of the BBQ area and pool was really convenient for us as we chose to cook dinners and breaky for us and family that travelled inter state to stay with us. The grounds/outdoor maintenance was well kept. Overall the location was perfect for when we needed to duck out for coffee, down to woolies and even the main beach for our elopement! We will 100% being staying again in the future.

The only thing both myself and partner noted to be a bit of a bummer was the bed, our bed was hard. In saying that though, with our family there were three other rooms booked for the weekend and no one else said their beds where firm/hard. We liked the room that much though, if we stay again we'd be asking for that exact room and would probably just bring a mattress topper (lol)
