Great location, very nice. LOVED that fact that the pool and fitness room is open 24hrs. Resturant food is EXCELLENT, $$ but to be honest pretty comparable based on the area. It is difficult to get into resturant unless you have a reservation but since it is open to the public as well, can be hard to get a seat. The employees and staff are outstanding !! I felt like everyone was very friendly and helpful, I would definitly stay here again.

Beds not so comfortable, don't like the tiny pillows would have preferred full size ones, for such a high-end hotel, feel they should have more of a complimentary breakfast like so many dos. The restaurant area takes up a large portion of the lobby seating area which other than the bar, is all reserved seating. So, no real place to sit and watch tv or sit and hang out with friends.

It was very clean and the staff reached out via text prior to check - in. They checked in daily if we needed anything and were very accommodating. We had the pool and sauna to ourselves each time we swam and the facilities were top notch.

I didn’t have any complaints - it was one of the best properties and hotel experiences we had as a family.

The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. The lobby was comfortable to sit and have conversations. The exercise room was clean with adequate equipment. The hot tub was delightful. But the most outstanding feature was the excellent restaurant. The food was outstanding!

had to walk through the restaurant where people are seated and eating to get to the gym or pool area from our room. we never felt comfortable doing that so we never used the facility.

Due to the restaurant being in the lobby it was often crowded and noisy in the lobby. There was nowhere quiet to gather with our friends other than our rooms.

Evening check in staff were fantastic and very helpful. Morning staff very warm. Everyone said hello and goodbye as we came and went. Very nice.
