Breakfast is good. Location is perfect. You also have balcony and parking option in front of the hotel. Parking is not with reservation so you can park whenever there is a free spot. However even that option is good because parking in zell am see is really expensive. You can find park spot in the morning because people are leaving the hotel for check out or just going somewhere. So, better to park somewhere close and pay until next day 10:00 o’clock and check the parking availability. Our room view was mountain/city. It is nice but I also saw the other rooms that has lake view and it looks really good. So if you can book, book lake view rooms.

There is no coffee/kettle machine in the room. However there is one machine for coffee and hot water in the breakfast room. But this machine works with only cash and it doesn’t give the change :) At least, please fix/change the machine.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. It is very quiet despite being near the railway; one can hear the trains passing by, but there are nearly none in the evening. Automatic check-in (outside the working times of the reception, 16:00-18:00) is done through the terminal at the entrance and goes smoothly. The rooms are spacious and well-furnitured, beds are comfy. The breakfast is typical B&B but nice. Overall, a good price-to-quality offer.

It would be great to have some extra blankets in the room. The weather was quite chill, so it was a bit of an issue, and there was no chance for us to ask for some at the reception since our typical vacation schedule does not imply being back at the hotel before 8 p.m. at least :)

We were blown away with how comfortable the bed was! Staff is super friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. The location is excellent, just seconds from the lake and city, but be warned that the train is loud! Breakfast is good quality and plenty of options. We were overall very pleased with our stay!

The room felt a bit small for longer stays, and we missed having a common area to sit and work.

Everything, let's talk in detail! First of all, the check in was extremely smooth, easy dealing with the machine,no worries about it. 2- The hotel is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere, quiet vibes, very suitable to chill out. 3- The staff are extremely nice and helpful, great hospitality, and actually they gave us a wonderful free upgrade as our room was with a mountain view but they gave us a room with a lake view which doubled our enjoyable stay. 4- The location is very great, central, directly overlooking the lake. 5- The room was spacious, very clean, fashionable and stylish, with amazing vibes! The bathroom is fascinating, clean and comfortable. 6- The breakfast is exceptional, very good choices and all of them originated from the county side with very high quality, we truly enjoyed it. In conclusion it was a marvelous and relaxing experience, till we come back again.

I like the breadfast, the breadfast lady is very nice and always help out. The waffle in breadfast is my highlight. The Sauna is very good to relax after a day of ski and the view from my window is amazing.

No lift in the hotel so carrying the luggage and everytime going to the top floor is tired. The hotel is very close to the train track so first night I find it noisy but after few days of ski I slept very tight so can't notice any more.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good.

The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm in hot days. Since the train tracks were close to the window, it was difficult to open it for ventilation due to the noise.

The position of the hotel is fabulous, opposite the lake with great views. Very clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. 3 minute walk to where everything is going on, 1 minute to the lake. Brilliant all round and good value for money. Our room was lake facing, had a balcony and was large, very airy and clean. There is a sauna area but we sadly didn't have time to use it this stay.

Dear Booking users. I can share here only the info that Booking offer different price for same room depending on your location. It is not fare and Booking did not answer my question how can this be. I could get worst offer with genious level 3 from Hungary compare to my girlfriend who could book on cheaper price from spain without any genious level.

The room lacked basic facilities such as a kettle, tea, and coffee. The limited availability of the reception staff. The checkout time is too early at 9:30 am. No free summer card, which is commonly offered by other hotels.

Very close to the city center and to the lake

We had a family room lake view, but we were given a room at the ground floor, so the trees in front were kind of blocking the view. Also the train basically goes near the room. Also not enough parking spaces
