On arrival real milk was offered for the tea coffee facilities and in the room water had been placed in a jug in the fridge. The room was cleaned every day, which I had not expected in a motel. Really fabulous lemongrass and goats milk soap was in the bathroom.

We were put in a studio modified for disabled use so the bathroom (quite rightly) was a wet room with modification. I found the toilet uncomfortable to sit on as it had a raised and moulded seat. The Aircon unit did not seem able to deal with the heat on the really hot days we were there, which was disappointing. WiFi access required you to reloggin after you stopped using it which was annoying!

The check-in process was very easy, the owner was very friendly (and their cat rupert was lovely too!), the facilities were clean & modern, it's one of the few motels I have stayed in where there were environmentally conscious choices evident (i.e. individual shampoo packets, organic soaps etc). The room was quiet, spacious and in a great location. The TV had movie channels which is always nice. The room service was great.

We really couldn't think of anything that we properly disliked about this stay - we would absolutely stay here again if back in the area. Very happy with our experience :)

The Manageress was really good that she showed us where our rooms were and gave us milk each not that i used mine at all. she turned on the heater for me. Explained the wifi pass word, not that I used it at all. But a good place to stay and I will try again next time I am in Lincoln. And great parking and location.

The only criticism was that there did not seem to be any how to for the smart TV in the bedroom which both of us had problems with.

Location was perfect for our needs, as we were working at a nearby event for the weekend. Facilities were fabulous - even nicer than advertised, and more than worth the money. Really appreciated the extra little touches about the place, and it was wonderful to have a nice comfortable place for our team to wind down after a busy workday.

Some noise from outside did make it difficult to sleep, but that was definitely not the fault of the Lincoln motel, and was more just a result of bad timing I think!

The room was very clean, well appointed comfortable and quiet. The addition of the bathrobes folded on the bed and the lovely handmade soap in the bathroom is a lovely touch.

Being very picky, the tea mugs were a bit small, I love a bucket of tea and if affordable a better-quality tea bag would just top it off. As I said this is being super picky.

Our one bedroom apartment far exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room, the bed was comfortable, roomy and clean bathroom, modern and well appointed, a kitchenette, even great size televisions with pay TV channels (Foxtel). I can highly recommend a stay at the Lincoln Motel.

I could not fault this Hotel in any way, well done Lincoln Motel.

Size was very good with separate lounge. A full bottle of milk instead of the tiny individual capsules of milk. Full kitchen facility. Plunger coffee, selection of different teas, shortbread cookies, a jug of cold water in the fridge. Proximity to restaurants and Event Centre.

Amazing facilities, very modern and clean. Very friendly welcome and even let me and my baby check in early. Comfortable bed and everything you need in the unit. Also athough right near the main drag of Lincoln, no road noise what so ever! Very impressed

That the cat was outside in the cold

Apart from the location, that suited us best, we loved the cleanliness and layout of the unit. Very quiet and warm even though the complex seemed to be very busy. Thank you.

It was very cold outside so a better weather forecast, if you could arrange that for next time, please. :)

Our stay was wonderful, the reception lady was so lovely and took us to our room, showed us how to set up the wifi and asked us if we were happy with our room before leaving. So kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend staying here. There is also a cute cat which always made us smile when seeing it around!
