Small hotel with a boutique feeling. The small courtyard is lovely to read and enjoy a Turkish coffee. The rooms are very clean and beds are made properly. Staff are so nice and helpful.

Noises from the hallway (door banging) and staff calling each other can be heard. My room needed more space to hang clothes but I managed.

The location is near all the tourist attractions. The hotel is very well equipped. The team is very helpful. The breakfast was so tasty every day they have new dishes.

Brand new hotel in Old Quarter. The staff at the reception were friendly. Most of them spoke English well. There was a nice choice for breakfast.

The normal-sized rooms are small; the double bed takes up most of the room, so the bedroom felt cramped. The quality of the breakfast-coffee could be improved.

The room (standard room) was clean but tiny. Breakfast is really good, with fresh fruit and many choices but the orange juice was really bad and the coffee was instant coffee, no expresso coffee. The recepcionist at the check in was helpful.

There are no coffees and restaurants near the hotel. There are two ways to reach the hotel, walking to the metro, that is about 10 minutes walking or walking to the river that there is a really steep hill. Not all the receptionist are the same but the one we did check out didn't understand English even when she assured she was understanding us. There is a lift at the hotel, but there are also stairs up and down before the room, it's like a not well planned building. We stayed three nights, the second day we asked a lady to please clean our room, but even when she answered positively nobody entered any of the days we stayed there.

Nice Location, nice stuff (only one is a mess)

We had two different bookings as we decided to stay longer in the hotel. At that point it started to get complicated. As I was asking to switch rooms I just wanted to move the stuff to the new room and then pay for both nights together. This was not possible. I felt like the last bum, a thief or someone else. It was very embarrassing. "No, I won't give you the new room until I pay for the old room." The lady at the front desk was really unfriendly. She was not even able to add up the two nights. So I had to pay for one room first and then the other. Not very convient.

We have stayed in this hotel for one week .We love the location is near to everything . The room is clean , spacious and comfortable . The breakfast is always fresh and tasty kudos to the staff. Would like to thank all of the staff they are so helpful and nice especially in the reception Mr . Bacmo and one more gentleman sadly didn't have a chance to ask his name . All and all we have a very awesome stay . <3

This hotel is brand new. Everything is sparkling clean. The bedding is new and very clean. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The location is just perfect. You get nice breakfast.I want to say special thanks to Irakli and Nino from the front desk. I was changing my bookings few times and Nino made impossible possible to accommodate me. She really went above and beyond her duty to make my stay more comfortable. I’ve never had such welcoming stay as I had here , and all thanks to Nino. When I come back , I for sure will stay again

The location was perfect The staff was perfect There was young gay from reception ( forgot the name) He always tried to help in all the questions and did it honestly selflessly. All the personal speak perfect English Russian and of course Georgian. Was a several directs with plumbing in the room but I have called and they did it shortly and fast. By the way there was no need to look for breakfast early in the morning somewhere , the breakfasts were excellent in the hotel.

Best property , best staff , they are very too friendly and humble , I didn’t feel like stranger at all , they always ask us if we need a free drink whether coffee or wine while we sitting outside in the reception , the food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious Literally one of the best hotels I have booked in and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to book it
