- Quite close to the old town, from the train/bus station you have to walk to the hostel but not too far - There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Just a minute walk from the hostel, there is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant called "VIETNAM Food / Wietnamska kuchnia, kuchnia azjatycka", very cheap price (only 5€/main dish). My family only spent 10€ for dinner, great! - The room is suitable and spacious for 2 people with 2 single beds. - Clean shared bathroom and kitchen.

- Hostel is on the 2nd floor of an old building, there is no elevator. If you have a large, heavy suitcase, you must consider it because it is very difficult to carry. - The room is poorly soundproofed, the wooden floor is old so it makes a loud sound when walking. - Because there is no permanent staff, after checkout I cannot leave my suitcase at the hostel like normal hotels. I have to carry my suitcase while waiting for the next trip (11am to 9pm)

A great little place with cutely decorated room and bathroom, and fairly easy check in. Bathroom had lots of space to place items. The room also had plenty of spots to place things and hang coats/towels. Everything was clean. Kitchen area was also nicely decorated and well equipped with a dishwasher and free tea/coffee. It is right across from a small supermarket and a few minutes from some food places and the main bus/train station.

Some constructive feedback is that the fridge had a funny smell and some usb ports would be handy.

it was in a very good location. everywhere is easily walkable. lots of facilities like shops nearby and also not too far from the train station. very good value for money and ideal when travelling for a couple days. the staff were amazing. extremely helpful when we had issues with other guests and offered solutions and help very quickly. it made our experience a lot better.

Great experience! Worth every penny! The location is perfect. Everything is of a walkable distance if you are in Kraków as a tourist and you want to see the most important things in 2 days. Editha, one of the receptionist who works there is very kind and of great help. What every you need she can help you. The facilities are great. Perfectly clean rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped, cosy and comfortable.

Fast and easy self-check in, great location in the city centre of Krakow, with many trams/buses nearby.

Unfortunately there were the least comfortable beds I have ever used. The springs were literally sticking out of the mattress, which was even visible, not only felt when lying down. Little improvment of this and minding cleanliness around the bed would be a game changer for this place for me.

Wonderful place! Super clean, super cozy, great sleep and rest. And as there is no reception (self check in), the communication was brilliant - I was notified when the (pre-agreed) payment was going to be taken from my card, before arrival I was given perfectly clear instructions how to check in - I wanted to thank to somebody, how good it all was. So I am doing it now: Thank you very much.
