Lovely location on the lake. Well appointed room and extremely large bed. Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. We didn’t try all the restaurants but the food was generally very good. We used the gym a couple of times as well as the spa area. Valet parking that you pay for was very efficient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place in particular the gym and spa.

The wellness area was very nice. However it was very noisy when we used it. Some hotel guests were using mobile phones making loud phone calls. The hotel might want to enforce quiet rules for the relaxation area.

Really Enjoyed my stay. Loved everything from location, facilities, rooms, view and even the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern for two nights with my wife and daughter, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Before stating what made our stay special I would like to give my thanks to the whole mandarin oreintal family of staff including Mr.Robin who went above and beyond to make our stay as fabulous as it could be and now to the main points - early check in was appreciated - the staff were professional - service was excellent - the hotel is Grand in every way - incredible room with incredible lake view - the amount of free water bottles in the room is beyond generous - luxury is felt in every corner inside the hotel - cleanliness of the room was undeniably top notch - the room dine in food was delicious - located at the best side of town - valet service was very good - iron and iron board were appreciated by my significant other - a prayer mat and Quran are a pleasant surprise If by chance you were planning a trip to Lucerne this hotel is the best option hands down definitely sad to leave early and I hope to stay longer in the future

Nothing to complain

The location, food and staff were all exceptional. It was lovely being able to walk around near Lake Lucerne every day. The train station was around 10-15 mins walk away. The staff were so helpful and friendly and ensured my birthday was one to remember and the food was delicious at breakfast as well as dinner time. We dined at the Colonade on the first night and it was an amazing culinary experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed it with the most efficient and hospitable staff . Anything required was immediately given and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and happy as possible . Would definitely go back and stay there .

There’s absolutely nothing negative about the hotel

Very nice room, biggest bed I have ever seen :-), friendliness of staff (they really care), breakfast food quality was very nice, amazing view from the room, room can be made very dark for very good sleep, very quiet

Dinner food (price/value) in main restaurant was not overwhelming (maybe we went for the wrong choice).

The location and decoration style are very good.

There are not many types of breakfast. And because they have group tourists, it feels that there are not enough people at breakfast time, and the ordering process is also very slow and wrong.
