First and foremost, the views were incredible, and the beachfront location made everything so convenient. The rooms were modernly furnished, and the shower was one of the best we’ve experienced in any apartment. Parking was hassle-free throughout our stay, even without an allocated parking space. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning spot to watch the sunset, and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was exceptional. We constantly saw staff diligently cleaning each common area, which was impressive and worth mentioning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

We were initially allocated a room on level 26, which unfortunately did not have working air conditioning, making for a very hot and uncomfortable first day and night. To be honest, it nearly put us off returning to Rhapsody. However, when we contacted reception about the issue, Charlie promptly arranged for us to move to an alternative room on the 37th floor. This room was beautifully furnished, had excellent air conditioning, and offered breathtaking views of the coast, city, and hinterlands. Charlie's prompt response and outstanding hospitality honestly turned our holiday around, and we are very grateful. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Location to the beach and public transportation. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Fabulous view of Surface Paradise. Fully Equipped Room- washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave;everything you could need. Bed was amazing!

Had an apartment overlooking the ocean. The views were amazing. Easy walk to main shopping area. Tram a 2 minute walk away.

Be aware that there is a construction site directly between the hotel and the beach. The noise from sun up to sun down was relentless. I was not there during the day, so I was not overly bothered.

Booked a Studio and got an upgrade to a One-bedroom ! So thankful! The view was amazing! Love the fact that the room had 2 TV's one in the sitting area and the other in the bedroom. Appreciate the kitchen facilities! The view and access to the public transport was exceptional! Didn't get the chance to see the garden roof top but planning on the next one :)

The bed was bit tad soft for my liking but then everybody has preferences . Maybe more kitchen utensils like 2 pots or more - had only one, such a hassle to have to wash and use again for one dinner. Might have booked a room with no house-keeping? Not sure - House keeping was there for 2 days (Stayed for 5 days) but just replaced toiletries but no cleaning done.

Location was great, our balcony view was fabulous and the rooftop of the building an awesome and unexpected extra. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. Late check-in method was super quick and easy

Can’t be helped as totally out of rhapsody’s hands but there are 2 building sites right next door, seacrest opposite are having all their windows replaced and the drilling was pretty constant everyday so being poolside was pretty loud. The next site along is the new Meriton skyscraper and again same issue - very loud day time site so not ideal if you’re looking for tranquility.

Loved everything about our stay! Spacious room with amazing views. Excellent amenities in the building including the spa, sauna, rooftop and bbq areas. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great vibe with other guests and residents very friendly when passing at the lifts or pool etc. Fantastic location for most things in GC. Right outside a tram stop. Would love to stay again!

Pool was not heated (only an issue in winter I’m sure!). Construction is ongoing in front of the building but it was not an issue for the view on our floor and our room was very soundproof.

So much was great! The roof terrace was amazing to watch the sunset, bbq facilities were cool too. The hot tub and other wet facilities were a bonus to have. Bed was comfy, location of the accommodation was perfect, less than 3 mins to the beach, free parking. Loved having my own laundry facilities in my room too! Items in the room were stocked well too, plenty of pots/pnas/utensils/crockery etc.

The construction happening outside (nothing can be done about it, but was a bit noisy even when the windows were closed). Also, some dishwashing liquid would've been good for hand washing dishes, only dishwasher powder was provided, and liquid hand soap in the kitchen/bathroom would be a good addition! (One bar soap was provided). Just being nitpicky as I loved everything else!

Very friendly staff, great location, a sauna & steam room & pool, nice views, a three level carpark, the property feels very secure but easy to access at your convenience with the key card.

Only a minor thing, but the housekeeping was a bit inconsistent in terms of topping up amenities or cleaning. There was construction nearby occasionally blocking the carpark entrance from one direction, though that’s out of their control. No noises from nearby rooms but anyone closing the door in the room next door was so loud, we kept thinking it was our door. Would be nice if the pool was heated; but these are first world problems!

Loved the gym, jacuzzi and the top floor rooftop relaxation area. Lots of areas for guests to relax.

I know the construction can’t be helped but it did still disturb it, it was right outside our window. It was really quite loud mostly during the day - but we liked being able to see the ocean so we kinda sucked it up. I think some kind of nice thing to appreciate guests that don’t complain (like I saw many other guests did and were upgraded) would go some way to giving a better score for the stay. The pool was not heated for all of our stay and staff said it was going to be fixed the next day but it wasn’t. Didn’t feel like it was a priority.
