Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great nights sleep. Quiet Despite issues I didn’t like I would absolutely return.

Unfortunately Booking.com are advertising hotel with air con which it does not have. However our window opened which helped and I had phoned ahead and window was opened for us. There is a fan in room. ( room 60) it was a very hot day but wasn’t too hot at night It took 20 minutes for hot water to come through at night and in morning. It is an older building so takes time to get to rooms.- reception honestly aknowledged this issue at front desk.

We like the location of the hotel close to the airport as we had an early flight the next morning. We had some concerns about noise in this kind of location but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. The superior room we stayed was spacious enough for our family of four., which was another good thing to note. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and helpful. As we only had a short overnight stay we didn't try their restaurant or gym facilities. But should we come back to Aberdeen in the near future, we would certainly want to stay here again!

Great hotel and staff are super friendly and the rooms are so spacious and nicely decorated and good selection at breakfast too with incredibly hospitable staff who were helpful and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a room with two double beds and stayed with 4 people and price/quality is just amazing. Also the charge for parking is so much better compared to other hotels in the same area (£4.- per day). We can definitely recommend and will be back soon.

The pressure of the water in the shower could have been a bit better.

This hotel was just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for me and my 2 daughters . The hotel was clean and warm. The reception was inviting and welcoming..The breakfast was excellent and had a good selection. We received a complimentary drink at the bar on arrival. Parking was safe and cheap for 24 hours. We stayed to attend a concert at the Teca, there is a bus stop outside the hotel and regular buses to the Teca. We walked back as it was a lovely night but there was good transport availability if we needed it. Over all a pretty perfect stay in a great location.

Good sized rooms. Comfy beds. Staff are always lovely. Especially Lesley from the restaurant.

No hash browns at breakfast time. Fried tatties, not the nicest at breakfast time. My daughter is Coeliac & always looks forward to the hash browns as part of her breakfast. Especially your ones. That's one of the reasons we stay at your hotel.. The gluten-free cereal & toast corner is good, that's new. We may have to skip the breakfast in the future now. It's not worth paying for my daughter to get a bowel of cereal & a couple slices of toast.

My room was just perfect 👌 Super huge, I could have had a party 😆 I asked for a bath and I got it, thank you very much. My first night I had a burger from the restaurant, I was super lazy and wanted to have it in my room but I was also able to collect my meal , 2nd night was pizza, both meals absolutely delicious 😋 And staff super friendly and polite when collecting. All staff made me feel very welcome, to the reception lady, cleaners and bar staff and the lady who dealt with breakfast in the mornings. It was really quiet, could only hear doors closing, guests of course coming in and out of rooms but apart from that hardly any noise.

Unfortunately I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet. There was not a large selection of fresh fruit, and as soon as I collected my plate say down the food was cold. The scrambled eggs felt gritty and didn't have the 2nd day, I do not like having to say as I had such a wonderful stay but the breakfast food could have been better for me.

Was very surprised with how modern and clean the hotel was. I had booked a room with two double beds for 3 adults and was pleasantly surprised when we went in there was a single, double and sofa bed, made a huge difference not having to share. The staff were also lovely, very apologetic about the potential noise of the event that was happening in the hotel during our stay however we didn’t hear a thing! It’s also a close enough walking distance to the P&J live. Would definitely recommend this hotel, we wish we could have stayed another night!

The one thing I would say but it’s just being picky is there were 3 of us staying in the room however there was 1 bottle of water, wasn’t a huge problem for us but after coming back from the concert we would have enjoyed a bottle of water each.

I arrived a bit early and was accomodated such that I had the ability to drop my luggage to my room and then return my car hire vehicle. Came back and it was dinner time. Nice dinner menu and enjoyed the meal. Plenty of time for an excellent rest before early morning departure to the airport which was walk-able with my luggage. All in all, will return again. Second time for me already. Top marks.

nothing to complain about, was treated well and felt comfortable at the Leonardo (Aberdeen Airport) Hotel and Conf. Venue.

The staff were very helpful and chatted, Lesley at breakfast some mornings was very sweet and chatted about our Christmas and family, it was a lovely atmosphere. All the staff said if there's anything we needed to let them know.

The heating in the room wasn't great, cool air coming out of the aircon but there was a plug in electric heater that we used which did help a bit.

The breakfast was good for the price we paid , which was included in the price, good choice, buffet style. The room we had was very spacious, which I was a nice surprise. Very comfortable beds and room was very clean. We liked the restaurant. The staff were very freindly and the food was nice but quite pricey.

Didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking. As a paying guest at a hotel with its own carpark, you wouldn't expect to have to pay for parking your car.
