Extremely friendly & professional staff. Made it feel homely & unlike all the other large chain hotels beside it. I stay regularly in all these for work so I know. Room was large, well lit, quiet and clean. At two storeys the hotel feels smaller add in the staff & hence it feels more like a ‘home’ than some faceless corporate space. Location wise it is far handier for the area than I ever realised. With the bypass so close you can access pretty much everything in no time. Hire car pick up/drop off as close to hotel as is possible & the airport terminal literally the other side of the hire cars. You won’t beat it for airport/hire car convenience. All within less than 5 mins walk.

Could do with some electrical sockets beside the beds for phones charging that act as alarm clocks.

Lovely clean rooms, nice and warm and we could control the temperature. Optional room service was fantastic, plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Comfortable beds and lovely warm duvet and soft comfortable pillows. Lovely reception set up and wonderfully friendly staff. Easy check in process and plenty car parking spaces at a reasonable nightly rate. Loved that there were snacks available to buy in reception if needed. They catered for comic con guests, just little things but they really made it a fantastic stay.

The only little thing was there is wheels on the bed and they moved every time we sat on it.

This hotel is always a pleasant place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a very short walk from the airport. The hotel is always the cheapest in the area. Breakfast is great, my company puts me here regularly, when I'm travelling myself this is the hotel I choose because it's cheap and you're well looked after.

Bed mattress could do with replacing,v very hard in room 406 I don't mind a hard bed, but some will be disappointed. Some painting is overdue, some of the rooms walls have some small marks, and were noticed again after returning after some time.

Warm friendly staff at reception. The bath! Sparkling clean and spacious Location of room ar back of hotel was great- no airport noise or noise from heavy footed or noisy guests, Incredibly comfy bed and pillows of varying softness. Smiling cleaning staff who said ‘good morning’ and showed a quicker route to reception when they saw I’d a heavy case. Thank you Bright, quiet breakfast area. Room service trays on floor outside rooms awaiting collection Limited breakfast options for vegetarians.. There were grilled tomatoes, eggs, no veggie sausages/ alternatives. Same with gluten free options. Only sweetened fruit yoghurts available, no natural yoghurt.

Great location, friendly staff, comfort, clean room, respectable and parking was also much cheaper compared to the other surrounding hotels. Great value for money.

The shower was powerful and nice but i found it very small and not big enough for a man well built. It was difficult for my husband to shower. The shampoo and soap holder was in an awkward place which made it even harder to enjoy our shower as my elbow and hand kept knocking it everytime I moved. Lastly, you could barely turn without the shower curtain sticking to your skin. Probably not the best idea to have shower curtains in such estaishments as they are not very sanitised.

Amazing! Given the cost wasn't high, we didn't have huge expectations; just a place to sleep. However it was great! Firstly, it's about a 5 minute walk to the car rental drop off (all companies; right around the corner) which made that super easy. Super fast check in and the room was spacious, comfortable & very quiet. They were also flexible, giving us a later check out due to delayed flight. Breakfast was great; tons of good quality hot & cold options. For us it served as brunch, which works great on a travel day. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Highly recommend- easiest airport hotel experience we've ever had!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Just the little things that mean a lot. There isn't a lift, so the receptionist moved me to a ground floor room without being asked as I had a heavy suitcase. The cleaner saw me coming and went back and held the door open for me. The waitress in the restaurant was really lovely. The food was excellent for evening meal and breakfast. Very easy walking distance to the airport.

There were a couple of hairs in the bath and sink. No extractor fan in the bathroom. No view from my room but I wasn't bothered.

Comfortable room

No shuttle service to the airport at the weekend. Although only a 5 minute walk at 5am in the morning not something a woman on her own would choose to do. I live locally and could have travelled from home in a taxi but I chose to stay at the hotel thinking I would be in the airport in minutes. With the shuttle service not operating I needed a taxi from the hotel. Factor in airport charges expensive journey for a 5 minute walk. Think the shuttle service should be available 7 days a week.

Very close to airport. Very friendly staff. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom clean and stocked with fresh towels. Heating worked well as it was winter.

There are two hotels with similar names. It is confusing. I've made the same mistake by going to the wrong one - three times in the past. Beats me as to why they cannot change the name. I was given a reason for why the names are similar but did not fully understand it. Something about change of ownership. Thank God both hotels are very close to one another. So this was a minor inconvenience. Since it was snowing, this was a bit inconvenient walking to the other hotel lugging a heavy suitcase in the snow. The restaurant has very slim pickings and is very pricey for even simple entrees.

Great location, right next to the airport, simply walk through their side gate and go through the carpark of the car rental and then you come to the undercover walkway that takes you straight to the front door of the airport. Appreciated the amenities, snack bar and essentials for sale at reception. Nice spacious rooms

Needed a fridge in the room and there isn’t one and also found the bed quite hard and uncomfortable.
